Complete idiots.

I use ileostomy pouch I placed order they sent 4 items only 1 correct. Called 4 times to get returned label. Finally sent back my self 28.75 dollars. These idiots refuse to reimburse me plus they still have my 96.00 dollars payment. Will never deal with these crooks.

It appears that I am just one of a long line of people who have found Edgepark Medical supply to be a totally inept at what they are advertising to be. I have been dealing with them since March 9th, 2021 on getting Dexcom CGM items. It has been the same issue others have had and I spoke with them on a three way call with my insurance company and was told that everything from my doctors office was completed and all the paperwork to complete the order was finished. I was told that it was sent to the doctors hands to ok everything. I was told it might take 1 to 2 days and then the order would be shipped. Today, I received a letter from Edgepark telling me they had been trying to get in touch with me about my order and I needed to call them
To avoid any delays in the shipment of my order. I am tired of the lies from this company. I am going to seek legal advice on what can be done. I am considering a class action lawsuit against them at this time. It is time that somebody shows them it is peoples lives they are messing with and we are tired of it.

Please read the reviews. This company has a lot of problems and it starts with management. If you depend on CGM supplies you should be very careful in doing business with Edgepark. My personal experience made me regret doing business with them. Please be careful, your health is important and this company appears to have no concern.

Delay

I always call them one month prior for supplies. But every time they send me my supplies when I was out of it for week and they took the payment very first and used to tell me that they gona shipped on next day but when I call them they said it's normal billing process. Never seen this type of unprofessional people definitely not to recommend to any one. As soon I got other companies I definitely change them for sure.

Cgm problems

Our case is like everyone else they tell us multiple times they are missing doctors orders, but doctors office calls and sends them info but they are alway lost. Every 3 months its the same problem for new sensor supplies.

After a month of trying to straighten out my order due to their numerous inept attempts to verify my insurance, they said everything was good to go but they had cancelled my order. They said just go online, place a new order, pay your co-pay of 47 dollars and we will ship it quickly. 5 days later my account was charged 696.66 dollars. It was devastating to say the least. 5 phone calls back and forth to Edgepark I was assured it was their mistake and I would get my money back in 5 days! I immediately called the bank and reported it as a theft so the charges would not go through all the way. This whole episode has been a nightmare. The company told me to call at the end of the day to make sure everything went through as planned. Then I find it it's in review and they would have an answer within 72 hours. I hit the roof. Finally got a very competent nice lady named Michelle who immediately went into the system. Placed the orders in back order which gave her the ability to cancel the order so when the charge hit the bank tonight it will be rejected and all my money would be back straight. All unneeded stress.

I have been fighting with Edgepark for the past 2 years. They used to be somewhat competent (total of 6 years using them), but something has gone terribly wrong.

I am a UHC insurance member and Edgepark is an approved DME vendor. They have missed delivery dates for both CGM and insulin pump supplies for the past 18 months. They repeatedly claim they have to renew a prescription for supplies when my doctor gives them a 12 month script, and then once they claim to have received a script, they will call me 10-20 days later to let me know that I have to approve the order again before they can ship it - even though I originally had to approve it before they resubmitted for a new script.

My recent orders had me approve the order on 8/5 on their online portal for shipment on 8/5. On 8/10 I called because going online I saw it had not shipped yet and was then told that it takes 5-7 days for them to get approval from UHC, but it would be shipping on 8/11 as the approval was completed already. On 8/12 I received a call from their automated system letting me know that they could not ship the order until I approved it for processing. Upon calling customer support, they told me the order had been re-submitted to the system on 8/10 and was awaiting my approval. After approving the order, I was told it would take 5-7 days to ship it because they had to re-submit it to UHC for payment.

Kind of like being on a bad merry-go-round.

My supplies ran out on 8/10 so I would be without supplies needed to maintain my diabetes right now. Had to make a trip to the Dr. to get some backups.

The customer service rep handling this kept repeating the same thing to me each time I would ask a different question. "Company policy says it takes 5-7 days to process and ship an order". No matter what I asked, that was the answer.

Never EVER do business with these people.

Awful

Im having identical situations with Edgepark for diabetic CGM, being told conflicting information and timelines, order is shipped, doctor had not sent information, insurance not approved order, documents received and under review. I contacted my insurance company who said payment was approved three weeks ago, The insurance rep spoke to Edgepark who said order would ship, waited 5days and no updates. So I contacted again and now told need information from Doctor!
I am on SSDI and cannot believe the disregard for professionalism and jeopardy they put ID Diabetics in.

Hernia belt
June 6, 2020

I ordered a brave hernia belt x large back in April. My waist is 39 inches, so x large should be no problem, as per their waist sizing. Upon opening, the belt only measured 39 inches, and I even sent a picture to the manufacturer, who was very surprised that edgepark said, "you opened it, you bought it". I have used edgepark for over 6 years, but their lack of any kind of help is horrendous. I know for a fact, that the belt could be replaced, but they just don't want to be bothered, which aggravates me further.

Terrible service

The worst, as a type 1 diabetic I need supplies after multiple calls supplies ready to. Ship they cant put in a box, if they were a toy supplier it would be frustrating but lives depend on this, no market forces at work here.

Horrible company

They lie! After numerous calls about my Dexcom transmitter order, they told me that they are waiting for the doctor's office to respond. I find out today that Edgepark sent the wrong information to my doctor, so the error was entirely theirs and they will not admit to that. I have been without a transmitter for 3 days now and I am not the least bit happy. Just spent 20 minutes on hold to complain, but no one ever picked up. Apparently, they do not believe in providing even marginal customer service.

Edgepark SUCKS
December 27, 2019

Had 5 different calls from 5 different people asking for insurance info on my Mom that had been given to them from day 1. The last call I told them to take her off their list and she would not be using their company. The employees need to get their head out of their butt. Someday they may need supplies and I hope Karma pays them a visit. I hope their not able to get the first supply they may need and I hope they r treated the way they have treated others.

Bottom line - this company does NOT care about it end user at all! Month after month we have to call and call and call to deal with issues and no one cares! SOOOO happy to be switching in January and to never have to speak to Edgepark again!

I spoke with the billing department twice today about a $30.52 bill from November the 26th of 2018. I was told they have one to two years to send out there bills. So, everyone should understand that when you pay for your products. You may received an additional bill within
The next two years. I will not order from this company, now that I know they process there bills this way. They claimed it was and insurance cost error from 2018 with United Healthcare. I found it hard to believe it took over a year to inform me that I had and outstanding bill. I paid what the amount I was told I owed in 2018. Now I am told that I need to contact an insurance company that I am no longer a member of. Stay Away!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MEDICAL SUPPLIES. INCOMPETENCE WOULD BE AN IMPROVEMENT. DIABETIC SUPPLIES ARE ESSENTIAL FOR A PERSON WITH DIABETES, HOWEVER, EDGEPARK COULD CARE LESS AND WILL PURPOSEFULLY DELAY SHIPMENTS AND WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH PATIENTS. BEWARE!

It finally hit me why I am always having to call these morons on my online order. You see, my credit card company also believes they are morons and want me to okay the order. Then your on hold for 20 mins; remember, your on hold for so long because you have those that are placing orders and those of us that have to call on our online orders. I want to make myself perfectly clear, this company is run by morons.

They keep sloppy records so now my type 1 diabetic son has to go DAYS without his supplies. I received his supplies 2-14-2019, they didnt file until 2-23-2019 with my insurance. So until the 23rd I cant even get his supplies shipped. Put him without his supplies for 2plus weeks. They are joining in with the pharmaceutical companies in killing people. I WILL be taking my business elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I have been using edgepark medical supply company for several years. You order your medical supplies and they file the insurance company, etc. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. The mark up for the supplies are astronomical. After about a year i was having difficulties getting my orders and was going to find a new company. Then i read several articles that they were losing business and they stepped up their game and it seemed better, it didnt last. Since you can only order when you get down to a few days worth.or else your copay is ridiculous. Admittedly i have a stoma and im sitting here with no supplies and no its not pretty. A local company tried to help but my situation is complex. Last friday i talked to edgepark 3 times and a different story each time, i think two of those people were lying? I was told i would have my package saturday, its monday and i got their email that my package shipped, today, not friday. Oh and the reason my order was held up for 12 days, because (not sure which story is correct) the doctor wouldnt approve the leg bags or the insurance company wouldnt approve them. If i wanted them my price would be 234.00 for 6 of them, they cost about 8.00 0nline. Or heres an idea ship everything else until we can sort it out. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER VENDOR.
