Never got my order and always had to call because of my information couldn't find. If its with my doctor or insurance information is wrong keep on saying or couldn't reach my doctor the next day had to call. So they cancelled my order
I would give 0 stars
I rely on my diabetes supplies, having cancer and now COVID. Edgepark has obstructed my orders due to their interpretation of medicare rules. When I call for information I am told everything is ok then they don't send the supplies. They don't notify me. They cancel my order. When I call they apologize for the inconvenience but don't correct the problem. They never communicate clearly with my doctor's office about the documentation issues.
I have been ordering from them for 2 years. I have never had such a hard time as I am now. I am switching from the Omnipod to the TSlim. It has been over a month and countless calls to both my Dr and Edgepark. Edgpark continues to say they do not have the authorization to send my supplies. I have paid 600 and still have nothing to show. Every time I call they ask for payment, I have tried talking to management but get no where with them as well. I am beyond annoyed at this point. I am a type 1 diabetic. By the time I get my things I will be out of the current supplies
My doctor prescribed certain medical supplies that I have to use once a day, and these came from Edgepark, which, I gather, is a distributor as the supplies themselves are manufactured in Europe. I used up my three months' supply and called them to get the next shipment. They keep calling me to confirm and insisting that I have a copay of several hundred dollars, which I do not. My insurance does not have a copay, it has a deductible, which I met. I have the same conversation with them every time they call me, and still have not received the supplies.
I ordered incontinence items Feb. 5,2022. Nothing sent, lame excuses. Sick of this company. No service at all.
If I could rate a zero or less I would. They lie to you, they do not follow through, they could care less about what you tell them. Go somewhere else if you can, save yourself the frustration and heartache of dealing with these people.
This is the Worst company to ever work for! Not on customers unhappy but employees as well! Do not recommend to any customers or anyone that's trying to pursue a career.
Been waiting for CGM supplies for 7 days called Edgepark pharmacy several times each time I was told I didn't have insurance that I have to go to doctor that the script expired and I will have to wait for additional information from the doctor before I can even expect them to process my order. I am diabetic it's important to know keep up with my blood sugars this pharmacy will let you die before you get the things needed to live.
Absolutely terrible customer service. It seems like each call rep is using a different CRM system with no continuity in notes. I switched insurance companies at the beginning of the year and am STILL going through the verification process with them (end of February).
The updated call notes are NOT kept and I have had to repeat my issue each time I call. Additionally, each call experience has yielded a different excuse for not being able to verify my insurance.
The ordering/verification/processing purpose is unnecessarily confusing and jeopardizing my health. I have not received vital medical equipment due to complete incompetency on the part of Edgepark.
Due to insurance restrictions, I am forced to use this company.
They have terrible communication. They don't fax your Dr for changes for days and then blame the Dr. They say home health agency needs to order when you have been telling them for months you don't have home health. When you need ostomy supplies you cannot wait for them to get it straight you need them now! Need to find a new company but so many have bad reviews I don't know where to go.
I've had a Dexcom for 2 years now. And NOT ONCE has Edgepark gotten my supplies to me on time.
NOT ONE SINGLE TIME! Not only do they never ship my supplies on time, they take NO responsibility for the delay, they blame either myself, my doctor or my insurance company. I am considering not using my pump, just so I don't have to deal with them
I am unfortunately required (by my insurance carrier) to use this company for my insulin pump supplies. They are never able to process orders in a timely fashion. It's always delayed because they need to re-obtain insurance authorization. I asked if the ordering process could please be started sooner to minimized stress and delays, and that apparently fell on deaf ears. I'm on my last infusion set for my pump and they didn't send the reservoirs. Without the reservoirs, the pump is useless. When I called, they are back ordered, but happen to be conveniently available from another warehouse. Why did they not just ship those from the other warehouse to begin with? If I could rate them zero stars, I would. If your insurance allows you to use a different medical supply company, save yourself the stress and aggravation and use somewhere else. These people obviously have no understanding how insulin pumps work, or they genuinely don't care.
This company is not proficient. When ordering supplies, you can't order far enough ahead so that you get the supplies before what you have on hand runs out. When you do order, there is so much red tape; and they are very slow it getting all elements of the "approval" process done in a timely manner. It may be a week before they contact you regarding needed info for approval. So, by the time your supplies ship, you are out of what is on hand. The customer service is outsourced and have very broken English, making having a conversation difficult. The whole process is very frustrating and happens every single time you have to order, although no info has changed since the last time you ordered.
I called Edgepark on October 14 and told them my transmitter was not taking a charge and needed a new one sent ASAP. My dr office sent over the paper work the very next day. I kept calling everyday to see what the hold up was. They kept saying they needed another pre-authorization. Thirty pre-authorizations later it's now November 5,2021 still no transmitter I call everyday there open with no answers. Pretty sure they have collected the insurance money and not going to send it out. I keep wishing I could order from a different supplier. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I should not have to do there job
So here we go again. I get a great text to reorder supplies. I answer they take my money, no issue. Then I wait, and wait, nothing. I call, nice people say sorry, you will get you supplies in a few days. 2months later they arrive. Good thing they like people with diabetes or who knows what would happen. Every time it's the same story, sorry, you'll get it is a few days. I'm going to talk to my Dr. about the other company and see if it's any better, It can't be any worse.
Been trying to get my supplies for two weeks, was told the order would be shipped on a Friday and arrive on monday. Monday came and went, called they said I needed to provide more info, gave them info and told it would be out to me that day, three days later get a msg. They need more info. Please do not deal with these people for your own safety!
Trying to work with Edgepark Medical for my CGM sensors was so bad, I changed Medicare Advantage plans hoping for something - anything better.
Now after working with a new provider, I see the excuses Edgepark gives customers are non-sense for a poorly managed system.
Their first line customer service reps do not have updated information, while claiming the paperwork is not there, it was, but they can't "see" it until the following day.
The Edgepark customer service supervisors can only do so much, due to the "corporate" fools deciding how to do things, blaming the issue on "Medicare Requirements".
It took almost 2 months to get my sensors with Edgepark.
The new provider had them to me in 3 days.
They wouldn't let me return until after it was too late. I kept getting the run around and now at 4 months they won't take it back because it's passed the 3 month return. I did call to try and return within the 3 month timeline. They freaking charge double what the actual breast pump company does. It's just insane and now I have a bill of $300.
I started many years ago to order my medical supplies there. It was difficult on the beginning but they got much better. I had a really bad experience with US Med just recently and asked Edgepark to take my order and it was really fast and easy to order. Thank you Edgepark for making my life easier.
I've had nothing but problems for over a year now with the billing department. I have to get a supervisor involved every time. I will be on the phone for over an hour every time. The first reps do nothing but argue with you & repeat themselves. They send bills from over a year ago. Nothing is itemized. You don't know what your paying for or what your charged for. The bill dates never align with the ship dates. It's so confusing. They sent me items outside of my insurance allotted amount then said I can't return it. So the price was outrageous! Complete nightmare every order. I dread placing my orders because I know it will be months of phone calls with billing.
