I buy a lot of ostomy supplies from them. Never again! They are a joke. Everybody uyou talk to are very sympathetic but they then get it wrong again. They multiple times order the same belt that I tell them is wrong. I finally ordered from another company and I got the right belt.

Read almost any of the reviews, it's the same story. After 2 years of trying to purchase pump supplies and CGM's, nothing has changed. The first order was delayed, after going back and forth between Edgepark and my insurance company, I got them both on a conference call so my insurance company could tell them they do not require prior authorization for the CGM or pump supplies. Fast forward to this current order, placed on 9/30, online it showed pending, prescription needed. My last prescription good for one year was sent in March 2022, a new prescription should not be needed. I make a phone call to ask, "No, they don't need a prescription, it's just a little too early to send it, they will be sent on 10/13" On 10/14, I call to see why it hasn't been shipped yet. The reason is I owe a bill, um... no, they have my card on file so what? No, that's not why, they are waiting on a prior authorization. For the love of God. I have a letter from my insurance that clearly states a PA is not required. I gave the insurance company number from the letter. Here we are on 10/21 and still no movement. How on earth can this company survive which such poor record keeping? Who is with me for a class action lawsuit just for the stress they cause? I have gone months without being able to use my pump because of the lack of supplies. Someone needs to hold them accountable!

My father has brittle diabetes and depends on his Dexcom 6 supplies to keep his glucose levels in check.
For 3 years, every time we order Edgepark, the web site says the order is in process. Then I call and every single time, I am told the insurance has to approve. Every 3 months we go through this experience.
They have never called to inform us if there is a hold up or problem.
I have had to purchase sensors and transmitters out of pocket 4 times in the past 2 years.
I do not know why the insurance company only works with Edgepark.
If you have a choice where to get your supplies, do not use Edgepark

Abysmal customer service
October 10, 2022

I am NOT a Medicare recipient, Edgepark knows it. But every 6 months, Edgepark requires that I submit a Medicare Advance Beneficiary Notice before they ship my insulin pump supply order. So my insulin pump supplies sit for a month waiting for my submission of the ABN (which Edgepark doesn't mail to me because I'm NOT a Medicare recipient)(AND Edgepark doesn't call to tell me about it). I submit my own version of an ABN that carefully explains I'm NOT a Medicare recipient, Edgepark never mails the ABN to me to fill out, they need to fix their broken system, and that Medicare should be alarmed that Edgepark is telling a non-Medicare recipient to submit Medicare documentation to them. I submit/resubmit my version of the ABN dozens of times.

I call customer service (which seems to be based out of south Asia), they tell me "your order will ship tomorrow", "we will call and text you when it ships", and they say nothing about the ABN hold on the order (customer service has absolutely no idea why orders don't ship). Of course, the order sits for another couple of weeks with the ABN hold. A few more phone calls to customer service and the ABN hold disappears, and my insulin pump supplies ship 1.5 months late.

Then there's the story of my Dexcom supplies, order placed in March is finally received in July. Customer service could never explain the issue.

They don't care
September 17, 2022

I am a diabetic and need my insulin pump supplies. I called to order my supplies and they said that they need prior authorization. So I waited a few days and they said that they had to send my doctor a form that they forgot to send back. This went on for a couple of weeks. In the meantime I have ran out of my supplies and haven't had any insulin here it has been a month and still nothing. I have called my doctor, and insurance as well as Edgepark. They keep changing their story every time. They also said that they are waiting on a fax from the doctor and that was sent a week ago. Plus they are working remotely so there isn't anyone there to get the faxes. I have questioned what they have said and they keep blaming the doctor and/or insurance. They don't care about peoples lives. They just want a pay check for lying. I have been trying to stay healthy and I can't do that if I don't have my supplies that I need. I know that if my sugars get to high it will damage my organs and if my sugars get too low I could pass out. All this is really stressing me out.

I am writing this because this is my 2nd bout of back and forth of several weeks of who is responsible with the hold up of my diabetes supplies. When the company I worked for switched from Blue Cross to MVP it required me to purchase from Edgepark. I used to purchase from Omnipod and pay less for pump supplies and now I'm forced to use Edgepark, and they charges me more. It took me 3 months to get the transition completed from Blue cross to MVP and I had to go without a pump during this time. It was very frustrating when they charge $1475, for which I pay out of pocket and I still can't get my supplies. In early August I spoke to Edgepark and authorized payment for my Dexcom, and 3 weeks went by and I still didn't have my sensors. I called Edgepark and they said they are still waiting for my doctor to send authorization. I had my doctor send me the fax with dates and times showing the transmission was successful, I sent this verification to MVP and still no resolution. It seems they sent an old verification to MVP that was apparently out of date even though they had a new one, and the issue is happening all over again. I do not recommend any insurance company to do business with this company.

Edgepark functions like they are going out of business. My prescription included a common item (catheter night bag). Edgepark did not have any and said they were trying to fine one in another warehouse. Two weeks later they are still looking. They did not let me know; I had to contact them. Initially they added items to my prescription and told my my copay would be $64. When I corrected the order, the copay was $9. I found the catheter night bag on Amazon and got it in two days for the same cost as the copay would have been. The people on the phone are polite and expressed their regrets. I suggest they get a job at a better company. Edgepark is not worthy of them.

Please ask your doctor or whomever is referring you for medical supplies to not use this company. I am going out of the country for 3 weeks so I needed my monthly supplies a bit early. I called well ahead of my trip and requested an early ship date. Went over my supply ostomey list at length, no changes. Somehow they only sent the bags, which by the way do not work by themselves. When I called they said everything else had been cancelled. Too late to get the other items before I left the country.

I thought i would give this website a shot & i loved my experience. Easy to navigate through the site and put information in. It took less than a week to process my information & get an approval through my insurance & my pump was shipped right away! Recieved in just 2 days after it was shipped. I am very impressed!

Waste my time
August 9, 2022

Every month I get a reminder to confirm my order. There's a button to push that says confirm. Every month I hv to call to order my supplies now why do I have to do all that then either I get a call or a bill telling me I hv to pay them but I don't my insurance pays them every month but again I hv to call them to be sure my insurance has paid them. Then when I log into there site for edge park it makes me sign in again for cardinal. It's a real waste of time. And really wears my patients very thin with them. Other than that they do a decent job.

Untimely
August 3, 2022

Every time an order has been placed for diabetic supplies the same situation happens. We will send that out by... and a date is provided. The delivery date comes and goes, and we are forced to contact again only to find out that what they say is needed is Provider authorization. Which is already on file and the response is Oh we see that now. A diabetic need those supplies to be delivered when they have placed the order so that they do NOT run out of time for their LIFE saving supplies. It is simple: The Provider provides the needed information for their patients to your company. That information is filed with YOU and when we as the consumer order that is all that is needed. I would like to know why every time we order we have to contact you multiple times to have our order filled and sent. This is just NOT acceptable. I would think with the reviews I have read that THIS company would take notice and do what is NEEDED! We are NOT alone... almost every review I have read is exactly what we are experiencing.

I am a diabetic and Dexcom user, get my supplies every 3 months from Edgepark and every 3 months I go through the same frustration. The website is more than useless. Every time i have to call and speak to a representative to process my order even though i went through all the steps on the website only to find my order was never received, then go several more days with out my supplies. That i can deal with. However, this last time Edgepark ran a payment for $1394. 45 for my supplies which should have only been $350.00 dollars. Only to find out from my bank saying my Mortgage check was being sent back for insufficient funds. This should have never happen if Edgepark would have done their job of verifying my insurance plan, they would have seen my Family deductible was met and I had less than $1000. 00 dollars of my family out of pocket to met before my insurance paid 100%. When I made that phone call i was told Edgepark may reverse the charges. May, no that should have been immediate. This is now 4 days later and the refunded amount is $1044. 00. This is the amount minus the $350.00 I should have owed them to begin with. They didn't even have the decency to refund the full amount they took since they are the ones the messed it all up because they could not do their job. Yes i owed it to them and they would have gotten their money, being i have never had a past due balance but they screwed up and now I have to deal with my mortgage company and take a ding on my credit cause they did not do their job. Money is a luxury right now and I am so annoyed and frustrated. Their tag line is " we believe health comes first"" that is a joke. It should be " we want money first, then health" If you have a choice to go anywhere else, please do. You will be thankful you did.

I received a $12.64 bill dated 7/6/2022.
On 7/18/2022 08:46 AM Pacific Tim, I called to *******591 ignored the demand to enter my birth date. I waited for a live person to answer the call. The name of the lady that answered was Katie. I explained that I received a bill from their company which I am not familiar with. I gave her my first name, their account number and the amount due. She demanded my full name and date of birth. Of course I refused to release further information and asked to be transfer to a supervisor. After a long wait a lady by the name Iris. The almost copy paste conversation as with Katie. Again I refused to give my full name and date of birth and again I was refused to receive any information about the $12.63 that I was billed. I asked to escalate the call to Edgepark headquarter, executive office. As I was waiting to be transfer, I google the name of the company and look at this page. I was very surprised and started to think about maybe a scam or fishing company. After the hold time Iris said that she can not transfer me to their headquarter office. My direct reply to her was that i am refusing to pay their bill unless I receive a full detailed information about the money that supposedly I owe. On the top of it they are welcome to repot to all the credit buraus.
If indeed this company is legit I will accept an explanation of the bill and if not they have two choices:
1. To report my unpaid balance to the credit buraus or
2. To clear my account to ZERO.
I am happy that I did not corporate and demanded to upscale my call, they will never be pay for an unexplained bill.

This company has many negative reviews. I thought maybe my order would be different and taken care of. Well, I think everyone here is nothing but a trail of paper and a number. They will send the orders to the provider they say by means of a portal in my situation. I was already told this when my order was first placed. My PCP office keeps asking me if my order was approved. Now I have called my PCP to tell them, it's been in their Portal. This is so annoying. You'd think a mail order provider would follow up with its customers to notify them of what is going on. Nope! Portal communication is all they do. It's all on you if you do not follow up. I'd like to call my insurance and find another credible higher ranking mail order provider. In the search NOW.
