Ordered an arrangement for a relatives funeral. Placed the order on Monday, order wasn't received until 4 pm Wednesday. Viewing was Wed from 2 - 8 pm. Order was late and finished product wasn't as nice as appeared in picture.

We used echovita for my father's obituary. A lot of our friends and relatives sent flower arrangements through the echovita link on the obituary, which turns out to be bloomstoday.com. Well, from all the flowers that were ordered and paid for, not a single bloom made it to the funeral at the time they were supposed to be delivered, or later that day or the day after… No flowers were delivered. When I reached out to bloomstoday.com, I was told that they can help me with my order, but all those other people that sent flowers for my father's funeral will have to call themselves…. For my order, the bloomstoday.com lady said she found the delivery confirmation number "but it didn't look right"… She would not provide me with the local florists info so I can address this locally, because she said "bloomstoday.com are the florist and they take responsibility" for the heart breaking failure. And yet, they can't help me with the rest of the flowers, not even to redeliver, unless each person who sent flowers called them directly. Now, my father is gone and buried, we trusted echovita and their floral partners bloomstoday.com to simply do the job we paid for and they failed. This is not a moment we can take back and redo, my father is already buried. Shame on them for allowing such reckless incompetence at people's most vulnerable time!

The flowers were delivered but an added $10 was made and the florist Blooms said it wasn't their charge to refund. So I still don't know how to fry refunded for the $9.99 that was billed.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. I'm terribly sorry you've had this experience. This is the first instance where no flower orders were delivered to the same funeral service, so this is a unique circumstance. I called Blooms Today and spoke to them regarding all of the other orders, which have been fully refunded. Furthermore, the local florist that was responsible for preparing and delivering those orders on time for the service has been removed from the program because we hold ourselves to high standards and their poor lack of effort is not acceptable.
