Flowers were ordered to be delivered in time for a 2:00 memorial service. I received an email at 4:30 telling me that the flowers were delivered but it wasn't clear that they were delivered as requested.

It was easy to use, but the flowers were not what I wanted. I wanted a vibrant bouquet and these were very lack luster for the price.
I'm happy the flowers were delivered to the home of the deceased the next day, but I got a confirmation email that they were delivered to the funeral home the day before. I would've appreciated a notification that they couldn't be delivered until the next day. It was embarrassing asking the family if they received the flowers when I was at the funeral home. Please do better.

Nice selection of memorial flowers and plants. I live out of town and had a planter/flower arrangement sent to a family members funeral. Although I was notified of the delivery by the florist it would have been nice to receive a photo of the actual product that was delivered, so a buyer can see what they got for the amount of money spent and that it was worth the cost. This would help in knowing if I ever wanted to use this particular business again. For the most part I am satisfied and Echovita seems to care a lot about providing excellent and quality assistance to the people using their available products and services. Deeply appreciate how much they value their customers.

This was the best experience. All in one place, I was able to find out details for the funeral services, express my condolences and order flowers to be sent to the funeral home. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time! The added confirmation that they were delivered made me feel even better about my order.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
