After paying the $80 for a textbook rental, I had to order another textbook after my first one was canceled for payment information issues, even though my second order had the same details and was fine. I sent an email to them to find out why my order was canceled, and still had no response over 48 hours later. When resulting to messaging customer service, all answers felt generic and like it was either ai generated or someone reading off of a script, even though I had to wait around 15 minutes to get ahold of someone, making it seem like I would be talking to an actual human being with actual help for my issue. I never got a clear answer on why my order was canceled or what caused the issue, only being told to "try reordering your textbook and carefully check your payment information," which I had already mentioned that I had checked it 3 times over while discussing my issue. I also proceeded to get multiple emails about customer service requests from other customers that were had nothing to do with me or my issue, showing the entire conversation history between the customer and support, showing somewhat sensitive information like an order number, order confirmation, and email address. I only ordered from here because I had no other choice, one of the worst companies I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Do not talk with customer service, as it is a waste of time and can potentially leak your information.
It took maybe like a week or two. And I hope I'll be able to just return it once I'm done.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
