This was very convenient. I wish it could have shipped same day…but it came relatively quickly and the price is great! Book is in perfect condition.

I ordered and paid for a book, also paid for faster shipping. I never heard a word, so after 7 days, I contacted customer support. They said don't even have the book to ship to me (said they are still waiting for it to arrive to the warehouse but have no idea when it will be there). Are you allowed to "sell" something to someone that you don't even have? The money was taken on the day I ordered, so they have my money, but no book to sell. I asked for the digital version instead. They said no, I would have to pay for that and also wait 7 days for a refund from the original book. No way, I don't trust this company and want to tell everyone to STAY AWAY.
So far soo good! I'll be sure to use them again for the summer semester and the fall also!

Came in good quality and before the expected date; that being said, I would advise people to not get textbooks for your classes because, at least in my experience, they are rarely used and end up being a waste of money, even if the professor says it's required.
