When my daughter contacted you about a canceled order, there was no response for well over two weeks, when she gave up and had me order.

Our order was canceled after it had processed to our card due to discrepancies in payment. Like I said, the payment had cleared and order was still canceled. I did receive a refund but I completed the contact form with no response and there is not a phone number anywhere to contact a real person and the AI chat was no help.

I like that i'm able to rent casebooks I only need for a semester for much less than what the school's bookstore wants to charge me.

College books are expensive no matter where you go but here books can cost alot less and paying for them can be for the end of the semester instead of the beginning so you have time to have the funds available knowing when the payment will be due ahead of time

I unerstand this is probobly uour marketing scheme to try and get people to order the actual book instead of the digital version but it is frustraating. I thought I was ordering the digital version and then realized I ordered the actual version by mistake.

Now I have ordered the digital version because I need it for class.

This book came new. It was delivered fast. I did not want to pay full price for a book that I was only going to use for <11weeks. I was able to get the full benefits of this book. I will use ebooks in the future.

My experience has been great every time I have ordered a book to rent. They always come on time, and I really appreciate receiving the reminder email to send them back.

The textbook had no water damage, writing in the margins, or highlights. The attached e-book code was unused. Lastly, it arrived right on time.

I love ecampus because I can get cheaper rentals than the bookstore prices and save so much money! They are fast and efficient in getting books to you!

ECampus give you the impression they have these books in stock to send to you but often they just get them from other 3rd party vendors who may or may not have the books in stock and you will never know until its been 3 weeks and your book still has not shipped. Otherwise, if the book is in stock, you usually are getting the best price.

It took multiple tries for me to even confirm an order because the order kept getting canceled because of some issue that the website did not adequately explain. And the shipping took way too long.

I have ordered several ebooks through the years, and I have had no difficulties in either ordering or receiving the digital books.

I needed a specific book for class and had trouble finding it. I was able to purchase it here for a very reasonable price. It was shipped quickly and received in excellent condition.

I was able to rent a book that was sold out everywhere. The rental was more afforable and I even purchased the book at a cheaper price at the end of the rental. Shipping was easy and fast.

All textbooks have arrived on time and shipping them back is easy (save an amazon box)! Books are cheaper than most places when renting

I had a lot of problems with my last rental. It didn't come until a week before my class was over - had to reach out to customer service several times. Then when I tried to return the rental through the link i recieved via text it said I didn't have a rental to return - so another call to customer service. They did refund my rental and give me a $25 credit towards future rental so the service recovery was great.

ECampus saved me a lot of money, the book arrived quickly and in the meantime they offer a digital book to use for 7 days while the book arrives. Returning the book was also very easy they give you a prepaid label and send you reminders for when it is due.
