I didn't know until after my others had shipped that one of my books wasn't coming. It delayed me ordering it from elsewhere which is hard at the beginning of the semester. Otherwise, good as usual.

Ordered my books almost a month before classes started. The books weren't actually shipped until a WEEK before classes began, when I actually needed them in order to begin work due the first day of class. When I tried contacting eCampus asking where my books were, I got zero help. Never again.
