When I made my order I made sure to add my apartment number. It is also in my billing address. But when the shipping label was made it was not added. Meaning it had to go to the post office to pick up the package which it was inconvenient to me because of my school schedule.
If needed to be contacting the buyer/renter should be an option in verifying addresses.
