Order got cancelled because shipping address didn't match credit card address. When I filled out shipping address by autofill, street address was repeated and stored in system. When reviewing the order, no shipping address was shown until you get the email (too late!). This step could be improved.

I was not given a notice that my order was canceled. When I didn't receive my book on the day I was supposed to, I checked the status of the order on the website and found it was canceled due to an error in my address or billing method, but the customer service representative said the system does not tell her what the issue was, so I don't even know how to avoid the issue.

The whole experience took maybe 5 minutes. It was simple, and the books were delivered in a time manner. This will be the first place I choose every single time for my textbooks

Every coupon provided they wouldn't let me use when checking out and they said it was supposed to be free shipping which it was not! Also they fee you to death! I just want to purchase a textbook not lose all my money!
