Easiest way to receive college textbooks fast and in great condition!
My overall experience went really well, I got my book in time for class!
This purchase was a breeze and I am pleased with the textbook.
I had some difficulty locating the correct college information in order to proceed with buying an e-book.
I wish all my emails from you had stated that the book I received was a rental with the return date. I don't know when I need to return the book by or where to send it.

I ordered a book for a course and they cancelled my order. They said the credit card system canceled my order, but I did not receive an alert from my bank. This futher let's me know that there was fradulent activity by the site as a way to gain more money from its customers. When I went in to submit a new order, the price had doubled. I was given a ton of apologies but no one was willing to give me the same price for the book I ordered less than 24hrs prior. Not to mention the fact that I was told the credit card system cancelled my transaction, only for the money to have been removed from my account. If it was cancelled the hold on my money should have been released immediately.
So easy and convenient. Love eCampus! I don't have to pay full price and I don't have to keep the books, win win!
