First order was cancelled for no reason so I had to place the order for the book again and now I'm down $170+ for the next 3-5 days if not longer.
Signed in made an account found my book ordered it paid for it. It came within a few days super easy super excited they had it in stock.
I am about to use this for a masters class. Arrived quickly and was easy to order.

I rented a book and when I returned it, I got charged $200 for a damaged return, when I asked for an explanation, I had to chase after a rep for 2 days till I got a picture of the "damaged" book it wasn't even my book! You would think that after that I would be refunded immediately and given some compensation for my time, but no I had to email back and forth countless times for a week and a half till I finally got approved for a refund and it took another 4 days to get it actually back! And for all that time effort and energy that I had to put into getting my money back for a mistake on your end I got a measly $25 store credit, I would never recommend anyone to ever use this scam of a site!

As a student who learns better hands-on and with the physical book, I LOVE this site for providing cheap alternatives in nice condition. This will be my first time buying a book to own, and, compared to my campus bookstore, eCampus had it $100 cheaper.
Been using eCampus for a year now and I appreciate the discounted rates for textbooks! My university didn't offer the option to rent my needed materials this semester and spending $81 dollars was out of the budget. I was able to rent the same textbook through eCampus for $29 including taxes & shipping. My book should be here in the next 3 days, thanks eCampus :)
