Cancelled my order after couple days of waiting for textbook. Never received an email or text message about it. Had to reach out to see what happened. Now will have to wait more time to receive it.

Apparently there was an issue with payment. Rather than being given an opportunity to fix the issue, the whole order was cancelled which really impacted my Freshman college student. When I reached out to customer service - which is incredibly difficult to do with ecampus.com, I was told I had to start all over with a new order.

Awesome everything was great and and easy process. Will definitely use again.

Rented digital textbooks for this semester since I used just one last semester and it was reliable and convenient. Passed my class!

1. Making an account was not easy. The verification code didn't always come through.
2. None of my coupon codes worked. Not the 5% emailed to me from YOU nor the ecampus 3% off.
3. I SHOULD be refunded the money (5%).
4. I will be looking at other places to buy books next semester!

It's good though I bought it but still it says rental, just …?

Two of my books were delivered very quickly and i am satisfied with the quality of them. However the third did not arrive on time and when i went to check, my order was cancelled without me knowing.

It took 13 days after ordering my book to actually receive it. I didn't get it until the second week of classes. Luckily my professor posted the first few chapters online for this exact scenario, but it easily could have gone the other way. Not ideal.

It would be nice to have a little more time to return a book after a semester than requesting it back immediately. It is sometimes difficult to get it to a shipping center immediately.

I am happy that the book I needed was cheaper than other websites.

The details for point redemption could not pull up, I found out after I redeemed my points that it did not count for the marketplace. This should be more clear on your website.
