If I didn't need this book I would not order again. My order has been cancelled 3 times. 2 times because you would not ship to different address than credit card and now the seller doesn't have book? Plus each time I need to pay more for book. If canceled again, will never buy again.

My previous experience was simplistic. I received my book/s quickly, I used the e-book temporarily until the physical book arrived at my door, and when I was done with my book, I simply returned it with the return label provided.

Sellers cancel order without notification. I only found out because I went back on ecampus to check my orders. The books I did receive from other sellers were in excellent condition and I was happy with that.

The instruction need to be a little clear and specific.
This whole experience has been nothing but extremely frustrating. Even after chatting with someone in customer support it's been frustrating!
It was very frustrating to be honest! I was given a code that didn't work for 5% off. The site kept timing out on me and I had to go back in and enter info all over again. Some information wasn't very clear on what is included or not on different purchases.
The book is in excellent condition. I am looking forward to tackling this language and being able to speak Spanish. I am grateful that students can rent books vs. purchasing because this is one book that is not a keeper for me :)
