The process of ordering was simple, to the point, and the product arrived on time in what looks like brand new condition. They also give an access code to use for free until your physical book arrives. This allows you to access the book immediately. Hopefully the return process is just as easy. I'll update once my rental period is over.

The entire ordering process took about 30 to 45 minutes to order a single book. The website would not process any commands. I checked and confirmed there was not a connectivity issue. The website may need to be looked into.
