It was really easy to find my book on this site but once the seller confirmed and marked as shipped, they refused to upload the tracking information. This wasn't great because my class had already started and I didn't get confirmation from the mailing system that my book was on its way or not so I could order elsewhere. In fact, my account still never had tracking uploaded. I emailed the seller to get the tracking information multiple times and only got a response 5 days after shipment confirmation. I received my book but had ordered another off amazon that I received faster. Guess I'll just have to use them next time to get accurate shipping tracking information.

Didn't receive my book until a week after school started. I even paid for express shipping to ensure it would arrive on time for class. Nope, didn't happen. Contacted customer service and requested to at least be refunded for the shipping cost…which was declined.
I've rented several e-books and hard copies from this website, and I find the process super easy. This site is reliable and the materials are affordable. School materials are ridiculously expensive and this website has become my go-to for books.

Good so far Website is a little confusing
Bought a hard copy shown to be in stock, waited 10 days with no update, emailed support, and was told the book isn't in stock and had no ETA on arrival. I need to do homework problems from the book, and now I need to settle for a rental so it even shows up.
