Quick shipping, product was in great condition as well
We ordered a used version of this item and when it arrived it was usable, but it was not in the best condition. It was time for classes to begin and we did not have time to get a replacement, so I did not bother contacting customer service to see if they could be of assistance.

Affordable books shipped quickly and delivered what was outlined
I ordered 3 books from them and received 2 in days but the last book I ordered I had to contact them twice and it took about a month to receive. I had to rent a book until mine came in. So order as soon as you know what you need. The product came in new condition it was just extremely late.
They provide an online copy of your book until you receive the paper copy - very convenient.

This was the book I needed for my class, at a cheaper rate. However my experience with the company was lacking. They cancelled my order, which made me replace the order, then they tried to make it better with a coupon, which did not make a difference because I replaced the order days before they responded to my message to ensure I got my book on time. Overall it was a stressful situation and not something I would want to repeat. In the future, I would choose a different company.
Besides the book arriving a little late, overall good.
