The confirmation email we received (same day as purchase) indicated that the text book was back ordered by about a month, however, we received the book the following week! During that week, we were given a loaner book from the school that could be used thru the duration of the class, but it was a different edition, so there would be a few things that would need more steps in finding information throughout the classroom projects. After receiving the loaner book from the school the next day, we cancelled the book purchased through eCampus via email. We did not receive a notification of the cancelled order. Then it arrived a couple days later. We are glad to have the correct book, however, it would have simplified much on our end if we had understood the time frame was not going to be so short in receiving that order. It caused extra efforts/steps on our end to take care of our needs when we thought things were all set (& they really were!), but were informed differently on that "delay". In the end, we have the book and are happy with the quality, it just took time away from our already full schedules, which is the real frustration. It is understandable, during these logistically strained times, that it is hard to estimate time frames, we are hopeful that this will be easier to navigate for all by next year.

I was disappointed that with rentals you cannot order 2 copies of a book. I needed to buy 2 copies - one for me and one for my classmates who does not have a credit card

I placed an order on 8/17, there were no disclaimers about a delay, high volume season or anything else (honestly every time school starts it would be high volume season and therefore an anticipated event). I received no notice of delays and had to follow up repeatedly to get the status because when I look online it says 'awaiting shipment from our trusted supplier'. Today is 9/9 and at this point I just want to cancel since it hasn't even shipped yet but for some reason they will not allow it. I have to wait until it is delivered and then return it. It is now expected to be shipped around 9/13 (shipped not delivered). No prior communication on delay, no updates provided until I wanted to cancel. So if you can't wait 30 days or more to receive a book DO NOT Order. They misrepresent themselves as 'fast' - it would have been easier to order ANYWHERE else. DO not recommend - 1 star is generous.

Good and easy experience. The shipping wasn't too long and the book was in good condition for me to use.

I bought this item hoping for the book as well as the supersite and websam codes AS THE TITLE SAID. The item didn't include the codes and I had to pay the high price for them on the official website

As a college student I always try to find ways to save money on books that I'm just going to be using one semester, so renting them from e campus has really saved me from spending more than $100 for one book.
