It was good, I needed a textbook and given some other ordering speeds and the costs of other textbooks, I'd say it was good.

Unfortunately I didn't know all of the books I would need at the same time so I have been ordering them one by one. I have received emails for discounts, but never ones that work for what I need to purchase that day. It would be nice if you would make your coupons available for more than just one day

I am a junior in college and up until this point I have had a great experience with them. However On one of my recent rentals I received the product with the spine barely attached and it completely fell off after one or two uses. Now I am being charged full price for a book I could barely use all semester on top of the rental fee I already paid (that's right they didn't deduct the rental fee). So now I am paying them for the cost of a brand new copy of the book. Be sure to look over your books and send picture of any damage before using! My cost is nearly $220 (well over the cost of the book brand new) and they will not offer any type of payment plan or price reduction even though I received it already damaged.

The products were in very good condition. It was almost as if they were new. If I could improve my experience, then I would want the products to get to me on time with the amount I paid for shipping in order for me to have all the supplies I need for my college classes.
