I was told the book was delayed in being shipped 3-4 days. When it finally shipped, the UPS website said the package was empty and was being returned to sender. When I contacted customer service, they said the shipment we enroute, and ignored my point about the empty box. I then contacted customer service again, and they said a new shipment was sent. UPS was not aware of a new shipment. I then contacted customer service again, and they said the publisher was getting ready to ship the book and it would be sent in several days. I told the customer service person that I needed the book within the week and would order from another provider. I asked for a refund. No refund notice came, but the book from the other provider arrived. I then contacted customer service again, and requested the refund again. This time they said the refund was processed and would be in my account in 5-7 business days. We will see when it arrives.

Shipped and arrived by time it said it would. Website states it ships within 24 hours usually b ut its actually a 4-7 day shipping and processing. So i had to pay extra to get it shipped sooner.
