Book came in good condition was slightly delayed in transit but not by long at all.
My initial experience with this website was great. The used textbook price is excellent, and with expedited shipping, the total was about $30. However, shipping took longer than the 3-5 days expected. It officially arrived on September 13th, but the office was closed and delivered on September 15th. This was more than a week later than I had ordered (on the 7th). I did receive partial compensation, but I would've preferred an estimated timeframe. Overall, I would still strongly recommend, but won't rely on delivery time!

If I had to say more it would have been nice to know they were taking my text book away due to an error on my address, I would have liked a chance to fix the address before the order was cancelled

Great thank you for a decent price
My coupons that were just emailed me kept saying invalid and they did not expire. I don't understand why I could not use my coupons on a very expensive purchase, however, I got a message on the screen for 3% off, which is better than nothing, but my coupon was for $10 off using 10FALL code.
