We didn't realize that he needed the online part of this book that needed to be purchased separately. We needed to return the book as soon as it arrived but we were charged $25 to return the book. I never saw anything on the site saying that would be the charge.

It was easy to find my book, and easy to purchase. Came relatively quickly. However, I did end up returning it, only because I found the same textbooks secondhand for cheaper.
