It was very simple with the ordering process. I have lot going on and this allowed me to point, click and place my order in a few short steps!
I ordered a book on 8/24, and two weeks later I have not received it. I even paid an additional $25 for faster shipping and as of today 9/6 still no book. Also not being able to communicate with an actual person is frustrating too, an automated message isn't the way to make customers feel valued.
I'm extremely disappointed as I had placed an order for a book I needed ASAP on 8/24, paid extra for 2 day shipping, and still have no received the book (it is now 9/5). I've tried to reach out multiple times and have gotten zero help. I don't even know if I will get the book or if I'll even get a refund. I definitely feel scammed and would highly recommend not to order from this site!

It was easy to shop and check out but I had questions and couldn't get answers
It had been two full weeks, 10 business days, since I had ordered my book. As any other college student, I cannot wait forever. I messaged Ecampus' help desk and they told me the carrier does not have the item but the shipping label had been created so I couldn't return it for a full refund. I would have to wait until it got to my house, and then shipped it back for half my money back. These help desk workers were also not the most patient. I would seriously recommend any other textbook store besides this one. They are not reliable and I didn't get my book for almost a month.
You have no place to email your company. You have no tracking available for your shipments. You have no contact info that I could find. I bought my books 2 weeks ago and haven't seen or heard anything other than "how are we doing" emails from your company. I want answers. I will be receiving a refund. I will be cancelling my order and I will be ordering from another site.
You did not ship my book that you said you had. Why show that you have a book on the website, take my money, and then say you don't have it? Simply, do not put it on the website.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
