My order was cancelled and the company said it was due to payment irregularities. I am an avid online shopper and when I emailed the customer service team I received no response regarding my order. It was very frustrating as this purchase was a gift for a close family friend.
First they didn't have my book available when I needed it. Then when it was finally available, I ordered it and they cancelled my order. I contacted customer service and they gave me a discount code and when I ordered the second time everything worked. If I could have ordered this book anywhere else I would have.
Excellent Experience with eCampus!
I ordered four textbooks from eCampus, and I'm really impressed with the overall experience. One book was out of stock, but they handled it quickly and professionally, issuing a fast refund with clear communication. The three books I received arrived on time, in great used condition, exactly as described—clean pages, minimal wear, and ready to use.

I've done my best to buy all of my textbooks from eCampus! I spend way less money, shipping is usually quick and I almost always find everything I need for a reasonable price!
On the eCampus website, while logged into my account, there was a link to track the package after it shipped. That link went to the wrong carrier (which I didn't realize until later), resulting in much confusion and stress. The package was being shipped by USPS, but the link (with the USPS tracking number) took me to a UPS page, not a USPS page. Of course UPS kept telling me the tracking number was bad, as it wasn't their tracking number. I had to reach out to the seller directly to find out that the carrier was USPS, not UPS. It makes no sense that there would be a link on the page that would go to the wrong carrier. Very frustrating.
Very expensive for an online rental. I've been purchasing books here for years, and it doesn't even let you use the discount code.

Although I like the prices on the site, I did not have the best experience. At first I was not able to access a school book voucher to pay for my books. Later after I placed my order, one of the books was not available and arrived after my assignment was due.
I like that the prices are better than going through the school bookstore but it was challenging to use school vouchers for the purchase.
I really wanted the 3rd edition of this book, other used book sources are not as accurate in what they offer. This transaction went very well.

I'm normally overwhelmed when it comes to buying books, also skeptical of scams. I was pleasantly surprised by the turn around time this wesite provided along with the proper materials.

I'm being forced to review this so whoever reads this is you might as well stop because it's just a waste of time because this stupid
ECampus makes it hard to return any book you rent. 5 to 6 steps later maybe you can get a legit mailing address or your "FREE" return label. Think twice.
To return your eCampus.com rental:
1. Sign in to your My Account.
2. Select Manage My Rentals/Returns.
3. Select Return My Rental for Free.
4. Select only the books you packaged in the box, then click Print Label & Complete Return.
5. Print your prepaid UPS shipping label and packing slip and drop your rental return off at any UPS location. DO NOT drop this package off at the post office.

My book showed up in a timely manner. The only issue I had was the book getting stuck in my mailbox but that's really the fault of my mail truck driver not this site and the book was able to be removed and didn't get damaged so it's all fine and well.

This book is not available as new soI had to order a used book from the marketplace, The seller never sent any tracking info and I never received the book; I ordered again - same result. I am now on my third attempt and hopefully will get the damn book. Classes started 6 weeks ago and I haven't been able to complete any of the homework despite ordering the first book well in advance of classes starting. The Helpdesk/chat tries to be helpful but isn't able to process anything without hearing from the seller and they don't respond. Very frustrating!
