It was quick.It was cheap and they had a physical copy of the book.

The books I ordered arrived in perfect condition, and the instructions for returning them were easy to understand. I'm so happy I decided to work with eCampus.

This is an easy website to navigate but always look at the price differences between rental and buying. Some books were only a couple dollars more to buy so I spent the extra 5 dollars to keep the books since you don't get your money back for sending them back!

I did a quick search to locate my books and effortlessly purchased my items.

I did this because I have to 🤷🏼‍ I bought textbooks that are way too overpriced everywhere else. Still overpriced here in my opinion but it is what it is.

I rented a book from this website and it confirmed availability, let me pay, and sent me a confirmation email. Then the status never changed from pending and I realized that they did not actually have this book in stock and it was never going to arrive. I canceled the order and got a refund. It was just frustrating because I needed the book for a class and had to then order from somewhere else and wait for it to arrive. Poor inventory management and poor communication with customers.

I received the textbook in a timely manner. I returned it the same day because it was the wrong edition.

Shipping was delayed by a bit maybe like by a week I believe but my rental book was in good condition. No markings, no anything, it came like a brand new book.

Info about how rental book contracts works would be helpful. I struggled to find info about it before purchase.
