Order was never fulfilled. Huge waste of time.

I reached out both to the seller of a book I purchased and to ecampus customer service on the return policy of a book and have not received any response.

Delivered fast. It was very easy to access and order the book. Easy to find the book that we needed

My textbooks did not get to me on time. I called the customer service line several times over a week and never got a response. I sent several emails and only received a single, unhelpful response that didn't even answer my question. I would not recommend this site to anyone and will continue to tell people to avoid it due to this experience. There are numerous sources for students to find and buy textbooks.

I needed this book for a geology class I'm taking, and I love how much information there is about the locations where the rock formations are found so I can go check them out myself.

Don't be deceived by "USUALLY SHIPS IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS" on the website information. Help yourself, go by Amazon!

Placed order on 08/26, not receive the book until 09/05. Contacted the customer support to check when will receive my book?

Now they said 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to receive it from publisher, and then will sip it 7~10 BUSINESS DAYS!

The fact is the they didn't receive it from publisher yet and gave me the delivery date on or before 09/17.
Placed the order on 08/26, receive it on 09/17!?
