I have attempted to order legal textbooks during multiple semesters and each time my card gets a hold for the sale ($800-1000) and then ecampus cancels my order saying it is suspected fraud. When I have attempted to talk to customer service, they have no way of clearing up the issue without placing a new order through them directly, without the promise it won't be triggered as fraud again, and it would also result in a second hold for the sale price being placed on my account. I have lived at my address for almost a decade and my mailing address and billing address match exactly - this is what customer service says is the issue, that there's a discrepancy between mailing and billing addresses, but everything matches exactly. Customer service says they can't override the security flags.
It was the worst experience ever. I rented the book and returned it in the same condition that I received it. I didn't end up using the book. However, I received an email saying that it was received back damaged and that it was also not the correct book returned. I won't rent or buy any more books through eCampus.

Everything went smoothly, for this being the first time placing an order with your company. I was caught off guard by the rental - not for sale banner across the top of the book, seeing as it was a purchase. And of course like everything else now a days, it is a little pricey. It is working out quite well.
Textbook was delivered quick and is in great quality. Highly recommend.
I ordered a book that was extremely hard to find. This is One of three sites that actually had it listed. I ordered it, and it was supposed to be here a week before I needed it. All of a sudden money was back in my account, and no one contacted me to tell me the book was not in stock, and I was sitting here waiting for a book that was never gonna come. I almost failed the first project in my class. I will never use this service. Unreliable, no communication, and not helpful.
I paid for one day shipping and it came three days late. Ordered on a Friday and came on a Wednesday or Thursday.
While I was satisfied with the book I purchased and it's delivery, I could not find the original discount coupon that popped up when I first opened the site. It disappeared as I was browsing the books. I could not remember the original code and typed in what I thought it might have been. While I did get a coupon, it was less than the original coupon. Still got a good deal. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars. I would buy from them again.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
