Prices were good. Time of delivery is something to plan in advance for! I ordered something mid December that wasn't able to arrive until end of January. No complaints; it was out of their control! But just don't rely too heavily on expected shipping date, especially when choosing free shipping. :)

I THOUGHT I was ordering an e-book for rental, that I would get immediately. Instead, I had to wait ten days for a paper book that is much less convenient.

I should have gone direct to the publisher.

The product arrived in a timely fashion and in usable condition. However, the product did not come with the access code as advertised. I also did not realize it would be a loose leaf copy, although I could have just missed that on the order page.

Rental Issues

I was trying to rent the 2022 edition of a textbook that I needed for my course. ECampus showed the correct ISBN and cover page, but ultimately sent me the 2024 version. Confusion ensued as to why so I had to contact customer service to see why I was getting the 2024 version, instead of a note on the site saying 2024 is the only available version.
