The package started off with UPS and was tracked on time until it was handed over to the USPS. It was late and took another week to be delivered.
I need the book for class and it was easy to find and buy. The book came in great shape.

I was trying to rent the 2022 edition of a textbook that I needed for my course. ECampus showed the correct ISBN and cover page, but ultimately sent me the 2024 version. Confusion ensued as to why so I had to contact customer service to see why I was getting the 2024 version, instead of a note on the site saying 2024 is the only available version.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
