You cancelled my previous order for the same book without answering my request for customer support. If you have a customer support system then I suggest you use it to respond to customers who are requesting to be contacted about a concern.

I placed an order today, Order #*******, for my boyfriend at 11:43am. It was then cancelled at 2:29pm because your "internal system recognized irregularities in your payment information". What irregularities? My boyfriend and I put in his name, his card information, his billing information, and my shipping location because he's moved into my house. I don't understand, given that we provided all the correct information for his billing details. Whatever, now I've put the order through again, Order #*******, with my payment information, hopefully that works without issue because you've now delayed the shipping of his books by a day. Awesome job, oh and your automated chat assistant literally does nothing. Don't promote 24/7 Live Chat and then have it be just a bot.
I found everything that I was looking for through ISBN search and was able to get them all ordered seemingly seamlessly. We'll see if they're actually in new condition and if they arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but for right now 5-stars on ordering process.

I ordered before but was told that my payment didn't go through, so my order was cancelled by eCampus. But it did go through on my charge and was issued a credit. Either way I am trying again :) David

I've had a few miss haps trying to order before but for the most part when it works its great and quick and I love the text notifications about the rentals!
The first time I tried to order it was cancelled by the team for no reason and they were basically no help. I had to replace the whole order and that time it went smoothly. I don't know why it was different then the first time.

Hello, the process for receiving a credit on rental returns is not feasible for students. It takes too long to receive the credit and you have to pay out of pocket for future books.

This was really easy but it doesn't tell me much about where the download goes or what it will look like once I get it.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
