I ordered a laptop it was supposed to be next day delivery after several phone calls them promising me they would get back to me and never doing so. I had waited a week before cancelling as it seems the delivery company hadnt come back to them ( I presume they had lost it) only to be told I will not get a refund until they get the laptop back from Yodel as you can imagine I have very little faith it has been 6 days since I have cancelled and 13 days since my original order date still no refund and still no update my contract was with you not Yodel and I should not be penalised for your choice of poor delivery company
Rude unhelpful customer service Will never buy from Ebuyer again! I ordered a number of items and received an order confirmation email. Later on, i then received an order cancellation even though i did not cancel the order. I then tried to login and my account was locked. I contacted ebuyer via telephone and spoke to a very unhelpful, unapologetic and quite frankly rude woman who just said that she would contact the relevant team and get back to me via email later today. I then phoned back hours later as there was no further communication and spoke to another agent who simply informed me that he was waiting for a response and would get back to me. I was promised resolution by the end of today but alas, no communication and when i tried to phone them back this evening, there was an automated message stating the lines were closed before the official closing time. I even asked over the phone "So should i just go to a competitor to give them my business as you've cancelled my order and locked me out my account incorrectly" and he said "That's up to you". In summary, this is exactly what i will do.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I have used ebuyer for years for my I. T. equipment but NEVER again.
I placed an order for next day delivery and ebuyer messed up the address on their system. Yodel who I would have expected to mess things up offered to change the address and still deliver it but ebuyer refused to let them unless I paid them £10.
Because I wouldn't pay the £10 they have told Yodel to send them the good back.
I can't even have a refund until they get it back and have scanned it back to their warehouse.
So I have basically paid for something that I cannot even have because I won't pay more.
To add insult to injury I needed to item for tomorrow and now I can't use it I have lost a job which has cost me over £1,000.
So be warned this company do not care and it's clear they have got too big over the years and do not care about customer relations or retention.

Delivery very efficient, unfortunately wrong colour of product...
Instead of remedying the problem, started inferring error was mine, before conceding their error.
The big downside is their returns "procedure" whereby their carrier Yodel will only give a 13 hour pick up window - any time between 8am and 9pm, coupled with the threat that if the pick up is missed then its your problem to rearrange the return...
That alone will ensure I never put myself in their hands again, and in my opinion is very short sighted as their delivery, using the same company's XL division, was exemplary.

Bought a ASUS Z370E mother board and all other parts for a gaming PC for my son's Christmas Present, unfortunately on completion the computer wouldn't stay on. Contacted Ebuyer who initially were helpful, asked us to send pictures of the board and then return it for either refund or repair. On receipt of the board took the over a week to give me any kind of answers. After contacting them yesterday I was told that although they had found a error on the board that I couldn't have it repaired or refunded as i had bent a cpu pin and this voided there warranty. The tech guy who built my P. C double checked everything before fitting and there was no bent pin. Ebuyer wouldn't specify which pin was bent and even though my argument was if you cant prove you didn't post a faulty product how you prove I caused the damage! Some staff are more helpful than others, but I think rather than replace my product it seems a recurring theme on reviews that they seem to claim an awful lot of customers suddenly seem to have damaged the cpu pins! Hmmm suspicious. I am having the board independently assessed and if they board comes back with a pin that is damaged that is not on my pictures i sent them I will use that as proof to involve trading standards. As of yet my son still cannot use his Christmas present which if gutting. Ebuyer have no customer values once they have your money. I will never use or recommend this company again. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Stay away from this company. They are really terrible with returns even if it's completely their own fault. They send an faulty motherboard, the package was open and later they claimed that I damaged it. They rejected my request accusing me of damaging CPU pins, which was absolute bull$#*!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a tablet case. The state of it was shocking. It was covered in dirt, packaging was damaged, looked like someone found it in the basement after laying there for years. When I called, I was informed that this company requires a return to be made within 48 hours or they will flat out refuse to help you, regardless of circumstances. Shocking.

I bought a Ricoh Aficio SG2100N from you early this year. I could not use it because it was not wha I ordered. But all attempt to reach you for a return failed. Last week I put in an order nearly £800 with this company as I'm working on a build. After days of no dispatch. Contact them, a reply back, your order wont be getting sent out until tomorrow. So unlike they're competitors who do either the same price or less and next day delivery and same day dispatch. This company doesn't send anything off until at least 5 days. Which is strange as its meant to be delivered within 5 days. So I ask for a refund so I can get it else where and next day and I'm completely ignored. Appalling service will never use again. I was going to get most my parts from ebuyer for the build now Im not gona to buy from them ever again. AVOID!

Main area of interest as i buy for schools and companies for my business and many for domestic use also. Good emails worth looking at not the usual rubbish.
I ordered parts for a new build I needed them fast and got them fast... All well and good so far.
Put it all together... got it up and running. But I kept getting an issue where it kept freezing randomly. Tried a few things to resolve including wiping reinstalling checking connections etc...
Nothing worked I explained this to ebuyer they said before return they wanted pics of the item... OK not exactly normal but ok...
Took them... told to take different pics with different angles... took them as well. Finally the return is accepted... the items leave and then.,... nothing...
Nothing for weeks after.
Then I get an email saying they are missing a bracket and screw.
I ask what are you on about? I've sent you back three items and your not even specifying what item is missing these non descriptive items?
So I ask and explain maybe as you've had the parts for a while now maybe you lost them.
To add insult to injury I receive a package returned from ebuyer. No idea what is in it. No notice no information... just a package... Of course I am not willing to receive such a package. I send it back.
Now over a month after returning ebuyer refuse to take the dud parts. Much like many other reviews here it seems they dont want to take back the broken parts they send out. Understandable but still not acceptable.

Bought a faulty Asus b150m pro gaming matx motherboard refused to do anything even send for repair apparently they are not a repair company yet Asus said to contact them for a repair or send back also waited a day for a call back never even happened they also said I sent pictures and tried to fit the board utter lies for selling faulty products never use them not trust worthy its just about money to them

I ordered 32gb Corsair ram and chose free delivery on a Monday. The following day I got an email saying they took my money and were going to arrange shipping and the product will arrive at the latest in 5 working days. The following Wednesday aka the 6th working day my product did not arrive. I received no email or contact by phone that the product would not arrive. I called and they said my product was discontinued and out of stock and they would not compensate me or give me a better product at the same price. Never, ever, ever, ever order from this dump of a company. They take your money and do not care to deliver a service. You have more luck getting something from a Nigerian prince then your product from Ebuyer. They are the Mickey Mouse of Disney land. Never feel like I did waiting like a fool for a product that was never coming, they are just laughing at you since they have your money. I will tell everyone I meet and all my friends and co workers and family to avoid Ebuyer like the plague. Hucksters

Absolutely shambles. Ordered Ryzen 1700 for £ 206.98 online using my credit card. Confirmation received that order has gone through. 8 hours later received an email saying that order has converted into quote because incorrect CC details or bank declined both have no truths in it.
1. CC details will immediately decline the payment not after 8 hours
2. I spoke with my bank and they said we have not returned any payments at all. Ebuyers did not charge us.
Dont trust them or their deals again. Nobody should.

I ordered a monitor for sons birthday, they said order it within 57 minutes for delivery before noon next day oh and pay £9.99 order complete they said, visa verification all completed as well, all done i thought great. Next day arrives and no monitor, i was then told they hadn't received the payment from my bank until 6.15 the following day, not my problem they confirmed my order was already complete asked them to cancel but no chance asked them to change delivery address no chance so now it is being delivered to the original address two days late. I said i am not going to be there to sign for it, our address is a building site no windows or doors we currently have a traveler site next door to us we are one of three plots lots of builders subcontractors around, i am afraid some one will have the monitor away (nick it) anyone at the address can sign for it and to cancel the order i have to refuse delivery not possible i said so now we wait until monday will we be £400 out of pocket? Docent seem like EBUYER care

Ordered a computer for next day delivery and paid extra for it. They failed to deliver it the next day.
When it arrived we opened the box and realised we'd ordered the wrong model and returned it. They are now saying because we opened the box we can not return the item.
I would be very wary ordering from here. The terms are very unfair. I have never heard anything like it, no other retailer I have used would refuse to refund under these circumstances.
They are now sending us back an unused item that they failed to deliver on time because we opened the box. Never heard anything like it! Avoid and buy from somewhere with a fair returns policy.

After being contacted by Ebuyer Customer Services who listened to my concerns, I have been provided with a full refund.
I am putting my previous experience down as a misunderstanding which has been satisfactorily dealt with in a pleasant and caring manner.
The 3 stars is because this whole episode has cost me 2 lots of postage and inconvenience with no additional compensation to acknowledge this.
I would trade with this company in the future, but with more care.

Bought a TP-LINK TL-PA7010P KIT AV1000 Gigabit Passthrough Powerline Starter Kit from them.
On delivery, found it didn't work. Went through trouble and expense of returning it for a refund, only to be told they don't accept returns from Business Accounts. They are sending the dam thing back to me apparently! Pointless! FIND A MORE CARING PROVIDER IS MY ADVICE.
