When I need anything hair related whether it is a wig, weave or braiding hair, Ebonyline is my first choice. They process and ship my order out quickly and their customer service is excellent. Whenever I need to adjust my order I just hit the chat button and speak to a representative. It is easy and quick. Other sites do not care and only think about getting your money. However, Ebonyline really cares about making sure you return as a customer. Today, I needed to change my order after placing it. I opened the chat and spoke to Michelle and she was able to adjust my order in less than five minutes. Not to mention they have a wonderful rewards program. I often use coupons on top of rewards and get as much as $40 off. Also, their prices are the lowest amongst most other wig sites and they get the newest arrivals quickly and when other places are out of stock, they usually have some in stock and they often restock. Try them out, I am sure you will enjoy it. If anything is wrong or you need help with an order just click the chat button. I buy all my wigs from them!

I absolutely love EbonyLine, and I will continue to order my wigs from them. In California, the Class of 2020 wasn't able to have actual in-person graduation. But recently, we were informed to have one, so I immediately came to Ebonyline to order a wig. I ordered a wig that I fell in love with at first sight, and I waited for it to come. Unfortunately, that wig color was out of stock, but Daejonna D provided me with great customer service. I was able to get another wig just in time before graduation.

I emailed Ebonyline to check on my shipment & within 5 minutes service agent "Larissa" responded. They were waiting for 1of the 2 Wigs ordered to come in from the Mfg. I requested she ship the one and credit me for the other. I received my order 3 days later. Thank you Larissa!

I love Ebony online as a trusted site to purchase wigs. Other sites show you a photo and you receive an entirely different wig. UGH! With Ebony online you get exactly what you see in the photo and the prices are reasonable. I also like the low shipping fee. Sometimes you could buy another wig with what other sites charge for shipping. These wigs were sent in a timely fashion and in Brand New, Top Quality Condition. The wigs also looked as they appeared on the website or better.
