I've ordered a few times from this website and honestly, I'm never disappointed. The products are exactly as expected and the same exact quality as the brands you find in your local beauty supply store (if you are lucky enough to have a supply store locally). I must add that on my last order, the shipping time was longer than expected, however, when I inquired on the status, I was assisted by Daejonna D. Who was apologetic and explained why the items were delayed. She responded quickly, personally and with a genuine expression of concern. I would recommend this site as they are consistent- Just be mindful of the shipping options if you need the products in a hurry!

I've ordered from Ebonyline quite a few times now, & everytime I've gotten the best prices vs any other wig site. I love how often they add to their selection along with having sales for their older items. My experience with customer service has been lovely. They reply quickly, make things easy to understand, & are clearly here to help YOU the customer. I recently asked to replace one item in my order with another and they did just that, thank you Michelle! Definitely a returning customer.

Great Service from Certain Employees

I have been an on and off customer of Ebonyline for years and if I'm being completely honest... the customer service is poor and the accountability when mistakes are made is lacking. I enjoy the fact that they offer so many products I love... but I disagree with how they treat their customers. In the past... I have had the misfortune of dealing with ladies there who were rude and down right nasty which is unfortunate.

I stopped ordering my hair products from them for almost 2 years and now I'm back and still face issues. However... Larissa has been so helpful and took the time to provide me great service with a positive and friendly attitude... something I'm not used to with them. Immediately after emailing her my inquiries, she responded promptly and thoroughly. People like Larissa are capable of rescuing the reputation of businesses like Ebonyline/ Ione and I hope more Larissas will spring up to salvage the dignity and integrity of this company. Thank you Larissa for making my experience back at Ebonyline much more pleasant!

This is my second time dealing with this company and once again my package did not arrive. The first time it never arrived to my house, which may have been a USPS issue and not Ebonyline; however, they were no help in attempting to get me a refund or file a claim with the postal service. It's been 2 months and nothing. The package was insured for $50 and the order was only $44, seems like a no-brainer. No response, no follow up, nothing. But I order another package from them with PRIORITY SHIP. 7 days later the hair is not here at all. I tell them to refund me the priority ship fee because its coming regular mail if it's already 7 days. They told me they can't help me. I'll never in my life buy anything from them again. Horrible customer service. There are too many vendors to even consider them again.

Everything they just said in the comments is a lie. The fact that you have a customer service number on your website but it is a dead number no one answers says it all. The fact that I have to contact you through email which many times gets misconstrued is ridiculous. You all lied about when my ordered was shipped by giving me two different tracking numbers after I had to reach out to you all to see where my package was over a week after I ordered it. My package came too late. So I rejected it and I expect a FULL refund. I went back and forth with Desiree in over ten emails to resolve this matter. She said there is absolutely nothing she could do to fix it. Perhaps if I had an actual live person to speak with the outcome could have been better. Tell me what reputable and successful company does not have a live person to speak with? I will update later to tell you all if I receive my refund or if this company just steals your money like other reviews have stated.

Let me start by saying we are a legitimate company that have been in business just about over 20 years and continue to grow. I understand your frustration with the mail service delivery that you chosen since it was delayed however we have reached out to you via telephone and email and we have not received a response from you. Our website is up and running without issues, we are receiving emails and live chats. The tracking you received is a valid tracking that by the way we do not generate ourselves, USPS generates the tracking numbers and they can be verified on their website and at any USPS post office. I will reach out again for a resolution and to confirm the address you entered since I did see the USPS indicated the address is not valid and the order may be returned to sender. We do apologize for the delays and for the mishap.

I have used this company three times. Each time my experience has been terrible. I gave them a chance because I like to support smaller businesses. The shipping was terrible before COVID. I gave them a final try. I got an email about the color of the hair not being available. However online, the hair was said to be in stock/available. I replied to the email and questioned them why the product that I originally ordered was said to still be available. The contact replied that they would have to reach out to the manufacturer and that would delay my shipping for an additional 7 days. The absurdity is that I sent her screenshots and asked her how is the hair still available on their site. She was not helpful nor knowledgeable. I'm not sure who the manufacturer is but this company screams fraudulent. I would go better dealing with the manufacturer directly. I received the alternative hair and it's not in the lengths of my original purchase. So I'm without the color/length that I paid for. I will not use this "company " again. They have zero professionalism and even less integrity.

You placed your order on 03/14 after hours and we did process your order the next business day 03/15, per our policy we do have a processing time frame of 5-7 business days. Please do not purchase from this site. It seems like they are liars and schemers to get your money.

My mother placed an order for a wig and she made it plain to them that it was vital for her to have it before the weekend. Because she had to go to an event.

However, ebonyline informed her at the very last mintue that the item was out of stock.

When my mother stated it was inconvenience of time because the event was approaching. She pleaded and ask if it can be ship sooner, and they made excuses and stated that we selected 3 to 5 business days. And we told them when we selected the amount of days, that was before we knew the item was out of stock.

Moreover we cancelled the order and requested a refund. They replied Please contact bank for further information. We check our bank information and still no refund was replaced on our debit card.

Very well, they told us nothing

Very poor business.

I use to use other websites to order my wigs and haircare products. But, their customer service left a lot to be desired. Ebonyline.com customer service deserves a 5 Star Credit rating.
