I booked the ticket from ease my trip in the month of march though flight couldn't operate due to lockdown I got my refund in very less time and the service and support thy have provided on time is appreciable.
I've been using easemytrip for last four years, and their service has been top notch. In April 2020 during the pandemic I had to cancel a flight booking. They refunded the entire amount, upfront from their end without asking anything. I'm still struggling for settlement for the flight tickets refund which i had booked from different platform during the same period. Also I always get cheapest deal on flights and hotels every time for sure. Thank you team easemytrip. Keep it up guys..
