THE TALK LIKE THEY ARE GENTLE MANS AND CUSTOMER AS FOOLS, DON'T BOOK TICKETS FROM THE EASE MY TRIP. FOR CANCELLATION THE ARE CHARGING FIVE TIME MORE THAN ACTUAL AIRLINE CANCELLATION CHARGES, IF WE ASK THEM THEY SAY LIKE COMPANY TERMS ARE MENTIONED LIKE THAT. ESPECIALLY DON'T BOOK INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS THEY DON'T HAVE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. PLEASE CHECK THE CANCELLATION CHARGES ATTACHED.
I have have booked 3 tickets from EaseMyTrip during Covid 19 lockdown period in 2020(EMT*******, EMT*******, EMT*******). For Booking Id EMT*******, I received full refund(including Convenience Fee). For Booking Id EMT*******, I received the refund but the Convenience Fee was deducted. For Booking Id EMT******* also, customer care informed me that Convenience Fee will be deducted when the refund is initiated. I checked with airline for both Booking Id EMT******* & EMT*******, the airline has refunded full amount including convenience fee, but EaseMyTrip is eating up their share of money from that. On further enquiry, customer service informed me that they have changed the cancellation policy now. This is really weird, how can they change the cancellation policy when they were expecting lots of cancellation due to Covid 19 lockdown. It is very clear that they are minting money by taking their share of cut.
Hope better sense prevails. I will not be recommending EaseMyTrip to any one from now on. It is better to book Directly from airlines, atleast they don't cheat.
I depend on easemytrip to find the best prices and enjoy the smooth booking interface. I also received refunds for tickets that got cancelled during lockdown.
I have good experience with ease my trip they have very good process from refund as well as date modifications also not take any convenient free I am very happy with these series

Using this app since long time but now they are forgetting how to treat the customers. We understand the pandemic but now its been over 5 months and no response on refunds or credit. Will not use this for future bookings as other apps got us proper refunds.

I got the refund on time from easemytrip which was cancelled due to pandemic during march 2020. Refund initiated by easemytrip themself which was excellent
They released the refunded money by the airlines during the lockdown crisis. I believe no other booking website does that. They have done what they should do while others don't do that
