Overall experience is good but I didn't got the full refund of one of my booking Id EMT*******. However my flight was cancelled by Airlines end itself. So I am eligible for full refund of this booking. So look after it. And other than that I had good experience with ease my trip
Ecause of Covid-19 measures they received money back from the airlines for cancelled trips. However they do not communicate that to their customers, you have to discover same yourself. Even worse they only pay you back your ticket in your name and not the other travelers you booked for and paid for. In fact they steal your money. They state they can only pay back on the travelers bank accounts. So you book for a minor who has no bank account, you pay for it, they get the money back from the airline, but they do not refund you for same. Their excuse is saying sorry as it's their policy. Better not book again with them as they enrich themselves with money stolen from their customers
