Booked a flight from Ahmedabad to Lucknow for travel on Dec 9,2021 at 13:00 hrs. Airlines canceled the flight and booked another flight at 04:55 hrs. How do they expect passengers to catch a flight at 4:55 in the morning? Anyway called Easemytrip and the customer service representative and had to repeat myself 4-5 times for the person to understand. So much background noise that neither of us could hear each other well. He asked me to call the airline for help and gave me a 1-800 number which was not feasible for me as it only works if you are in the dialing area. I was calling from outside India so cannot dial 1-800 numbers. When I asked for an alternative he asked me to "google it"!

Like I didn't know that I can google the number. Pathetic customer service. Just a cheap agency who wants their commission from the airlines and then wash their hands. Do not use this agency.

I will book directly with airlines in the future.

Beware of the Easemytrip portal. They are cheating Customers
I had recently cancelled a return flight booked on their platform.
I cancelled the flights by directly calling the airline call centre.
The airline processed the full refund and confirmed the same over mail
EaseMyTrip did not forward the return amount to me
Instead, I had to chase them and get it processed which requires you to raise a separate cancellation request to them also
I attached the refund confirmation mail from the airline while raising cancellation on EMT site
IMPORTANT: For this they will charge you cancellation fees over again. Then They will charge CONVENIENCE FEES also.
On top of it they have processed a lesser amount than what was mentioned in the airline refund mail
They are blaming the airline for transferring less amount to them and when asked to create complaint ticket or give mail confirmation they are not ready to do so
I request all consumers to book flights directly from airlines portal or some reputed portals and avoid these scammers at Easemytrip

Definitely a extremely bad experience. I have been booking EaseMyTrip trip from long time and not through flights directly. But this time it was very disappointing the EaseMyTrip customer service Mr. Abhishek Tiwari was not at all hospitable as per him he was giving resolutions but he was rather dumping on me which m sorry is not a resolution. I'd you people can't resolve issues then rather inform so the customers can go directly with the company not not you people. Would never book via EaseMyTrip ever and would also refer people not to.

On Google flights EaseMyTrip displayed the lowest fare, and the same fare was displayed when I clicked and opened EaseMyTrip.com site.
However, mid way through the booking process, for no reason at all, the fare got revised upwards by Rs 300.
I thought maybe i had made a mistake, so I went back and repeated the process - thrice. Each time the fare was deviously hiked up midway through the booking process.

Finally I booked for the lower fare on Yatra.com - transparent and consistent pricing.

I like to travel. I am very glad to use your site. My journey is easy. I know I can always get qualified help.

We have listed our property on Easemytrip but there are issues in the listing which we are trying to get corrected by them. It's been 3-4 months now everytime we contact them, either they said it will take time or mostly they do not even urge to respond back. After keep chasing them for the response to my emails and phone calls, We have realized that this OTA is not even an active or value for money. Their customer service is very pathetic. I will never recommend using easemytrip to anybody.

I tried booking tickets from Asr to Goa, they guys took out money from my account 3 times but never recieved the confirmation of tickets.
Upon calling them again and again they said that tickets have been cancelled withiut any reason given. Now i have to wait for 10 days for my refund nice business to use people money.
You guys needs to be more user friendly and must have good communication with customers.

They just cheating us and making money. They have zero customer policy and making fool to us. There is not asterisk or special term and condition marker on main page. After booking they are saying you have to check fare rules on next page. They are just making money without providing those facilities to customer. Which writen in bold and green colour in their main page.

I suggest please don't use their portal.

They show and do dummy bus booking. There was no bus available for this booking when I reported at boarding point which I paid. Both easemytrip and operator are cheaters and involved in scam by collecting money from customers by showing dummy bus on easemytrip portal and customer care agents are useless and helpless.

I have booked Toyota Crysta from ease my trip and paid advance. However, just before 12 hours, I received a call from cab Manager that type of car is not available. Based on which, I cancelled my booking and didnt received refund. Personally, I am quite dissatisfied with the service of Easemytrip.
My reference booking id is EMT_*******787. And my travel date was 13-July 2021.

Booked my ticket through ease my trip on 03.11.2020 with booking id-EMT******* but the name of wife was missing in boarding pass, for that I have to miss the flight and I haven't got any refund yet. I had to make another flight ticket for next day with double fare and had to wait at airport for long hours, stayed at hotel during the pendamic situation. I have sent several mails to customer care and CEO of this company but nobody cared. I have called customer care people several times but still no resolution. It's a pathetic experience I must say. They have cheated me. Will recommend everyone not to book tickets through this site.

This Guys only know how to Harress their customer... No one is ready to take the responsibility and just throwing on their colleagues. In this pandemic time instead of helping they are just demanding more money. Today we were told that the whole trip is cancelled and we will need to pay for the new flight. They are monsters.

I had booked a flight on 06/03/2021 i paid 5000 charges out of which i have been paid is back as a 1848 were as in u guys informed me to cancel it or reschedule it
suggested me to cancel it dude to pandemic n now u turned to pay me 1848 n now dey r denying to pay dnt every trust dem for name sake one star dey dnt devise to be in market

I booked my flight between bbsr to Hyderabad with refundable option through easeMyTrip, however due to Hyderabad lockdown I have to cancel my ticket. Travel date 12th May
However, when I called easeMyTrip customer care, they did not refund a single penny. Service was really pathetic from the customer care. This is really unprofessional. You guys have to refund the amount and credit back. I ll go to next steps, if no money is refunded in 1 week

I paid additional money to available the direct flight to CCU, now I have received the Boarding Pass with a stopover at Lucknow. I asked for the refund of the difference amount. But they are passing it to Airline. They are responsible only for the commision. I dont trust this, no recommendation.

I have bookied the ticket in 2019 but passenger was not able to travel due to COVID so airlines refunded the amount to Easemytrip in Jan 21. So I took a hardcore followup eith more than 50 mails 200 calls 100's of DM'son FB Twitter and everywhere but they never returned my money yet... Just a fraud company

Beware! Ease my trip is total fraud after booking my ticket i didnt recieved my ticket yet and they already deduct the money after researching i found that most of their good reviews are fake.Go through quora about ease my trip and you will see the reality

They only send me automated messages that they are handling my query. No constructive feedback
Highly disappointed

Two bookings I have done via EaseMyTrip and found an absolute waste of money and not positive support from them. Seems most feedback over here is fake.
First booking amount was showing 3700 rs when i gave otp than receive message 4100 debited. This happen first time after made payment with cc payment amount changed and support system was absolute nonsense.
Second booking flight cancelled by Spicejet and EaseMyTrip asking they will debit convenience fee?
So overall i came back again on direct booking from airlines own website or mobile app.
Nowadays any third party services for booking is not reliable and behave total monopoly.
I will not recommend anyone to book flight from any third party services.
