I booked bus and flight tickets and at last moment they changed the bus and seat too. Last seat given and when I contacted customer care, she refused to do any thing and the bus I travelled that was worst to worst ever seen in life. Driver and conductor both were very rude. I suggest not to book tickets from this plateform. They never help after taking money.

I would recommend everyone to use EaseMyTrip for booking. I got a refund since my flight was cancelled. I have not experienced such things ever.

This is in reference to my hotel booking reference no. EMT *******, I am writing to aware all about the kind of services are been rendered to a customer booking through EASEMYTRIP, I had booked Hotel stay for 1 night in Hyderabad and when I reached the hotel in Evening, they told they don't have any booking reservation from Ease My Trip but the whole payment was debited from my Card and the same was confirmed by customer service and made me wait at the hotel reception for hours to find another hotel in that area, But no one called back or arrange any booking and I had to all the way find another hotel in far away place and till date they just refunded the amount collected and even after complaining to the founder about the services there is no reply from any executive neither any compensation or any apology.

It has been overly stressful to get any service from them. I am traveling from Toronto to Mumbai on 5th July. I realised my outgoing flight from Toronto got cancelled when I went in to reserve seats, I had no intimation from anyone from EaseMy Trip. I have contacted them at least 10 times, emailed them as well. The agents give a lot of assurances of rescheduling team working on alternatives and a response in 1 hour- 12 hours have gone by with at least 10 calls with the same assurance with no result. I have emailed as well as well as used WhatsApp as well to no avail. Never experienced such level of service. I am awaiting a response to this post before I take some other action.

I wish I had option for zero or half star, EaseMyTrip is not even worth that. I would recommend everyone even if you have to spend couple of bucks more, please please do it. EaseMyTrip is the worst service provider. Right from booking my ticket to getting a refund everything was horrible. They asked me several times to contact airlines, why in the world would I book through agent if I had to call airline every-time. Please have some courtesy to work don't just put it on airline or your customer.

Stay away from this website. You will get stuck in a foreign country and they will not do anything to help you if you miss a connecting flight. All they can say is Sorry. These people are the worst travel agency I have come across in 40 years of traveling.

I made a booking for a very important travel plan. They cancelled my local flights and then suggested that I go ahead with flight change. The flight change tokm 2 months to even give me a response about what is happening. Just 4 days before my flight, they come back and tell me that they can't make the flight change as promised and I will have to pay double the amount even when I made the initial Booking 4 months ago.

On top of that, now, they are ghosting me. Not responding to calls. Not answering to emails. Not picking calls or making callbacks.

This company doesn't even stick to its name. Making the booking process extremely uneasy and calling themselves easemytrip.

Even rating them with 1 is a lot. I want to rate them in negatives. Pathetic organization with pathetic customer service and pathetic processing time.

I faced Serious Problems and Stranded in Germany Airport for 2 Days with EasemyTrip.com, as we book with them because of Pricing, But they don't know the Airlines Rules and don't take any Responsibility and Cheat and Fraud the Clients and make you Pay Agin for the New Tickets.

I was travelling from Malta to Mumbai in March 2022, via Munich, Germany and connecting Flight we got has only 1 Hour difference and they closed gates on time and not able to catch flight for no mistake of mine.
Airlines advised, Only the Travel agent can provide another booking and for my Surprise "As per conversation with Ms Shikha we would like to inform you that the modification charges for the below requested flight will be INR *******/- per person."

We get badly stuck and no one will help if we book through Online Travels and Try to Cheat and Extort Money and no one Takes Responsibility.
Most of the Reviews are Paid Reviews they Post using Fake IP and multiple SIM cards and they Hide all Genuine Complaints.

I had 3 people on my itinerary, I cancelled one person and trying to reschedule other 2 people which I'm not able to do it online. I have been chasing on call /chat /email from 2 days and keep getting the same response "you can changes it online" which clearly I don't see an option. Customer care support don't understand the issue/system well, very frustrating and unpleasant expertise.

Awful experience. I got only Rs. 5945 refund on cancellation of my flight ticket though the airline refunded the whole amount ie. Rs. *******. The cancellation was done immediately after booking the ticket. Be very careful when you deal with these gentlemen. PNR: AR6J7H

14 th April 2022: Easemytrip called me today and said that they would refund me the whole amount as soon as possible. Their kind gesture is highly appreciated.

14th April 2023; 4pm: I have received the full refund of Rs*******. I thank easemytrip for their quick response. I update my recent experience with easemytrip and award them 5 stars here. I have not changed the original rating so that the chronology is maintained. Thank you

I was issued a voucher to access lounge when i booked Delhi - Ajmer air ticket.
The voucher was rejected by Delhi domestic airport lounge and didn't allow me and my family to access the lounge.

Totally fake commitment they are doing advertising full refund for medical issues but actually it's not true. I already submitted my covid positive genuine document but they declined my refund. Other website far better.

We have booked a round trip flight HYD-DFW-HYD through easemytrip Booking id EMT******* with PNR-0DM3 XD in October. Everything was confirmed after the booking. But when we checked for the itinary in airlines website, one of the connecting flight is missing from itinary. When checked with easemytrip they said that the flight from DEL-JFK is cancelled by the airlines(which is a lie). We contacted the airlines and they confirmed that the flight is not canceled but travel agent tried to do changes to booking on Dec 6th which made this particular flight booking status to unconfirmed. This information has been passed on to easemytrip and requested them to adjust the flights as they tried to mess up the reservation (without communicating to us). Easemytrip representative replied "to contact the airlines". I mean SERIOUSLY, you are the one who takes money to book the flight, you try to mess up the confirmed booking and dont even inform that the booking is not confirmed and ask us to contact the airlines? What is airlines going to do for the mess you created with the booking? I really wonder how this company is still surviving irrespective of such bad reviews. They have a whatsapp number in the website, which they are never going to answer. Replied to our emails few days after the continuous follow ups. Even if you guys are going to refund me the whole amount, what is the point in booking the flight in advance. Worst company ever, a way of stealing the money. I am going to make sure that none of my friends/family is going to book through this worst site. I am going to make sure to depromote this company.

Its a money looting travel company, charging double for reschedule on your website and even their agent quotes more than the airline, even after sharing screenshot. At the end changed ticket from the airline at far lower price than this company and the reason they say is price is dynamic whereas this dynamics does not work in reschedule charges. Just trying to bluff people

Fraud website only know to take money and no response to calls and only know to put blame on airlines... please don't use this website it is a scam.
