Bought ticket, money was taken from account and next day I was informed that price has significantly gone up. Was asked to pay more or cancel booking. I cancelled booking based on full refund guarantee in 24-48 hours on email. Its more than 48 hours, no refund received and called several time to the company for update and not getting any proper response on real timeframe of refund.
Its the worst company I have ever come across and would never recommend for booking your tickets.
I have booked my daughter ticket for USA thru Ease my trip.Her united airline's flight was via Toronto ( 5 hrs stayover).During check-in at Delhi airport airlines people asked for a transit visa of Canada which we were not aware of and not informed by ease my trip or united airlines. So my daughter was not allowed to board the flight and finally, we have to book another flight by a different airline at double the price. Now we are trying to get a refund from ease my trip for one month.But no positive response.They are telling that you will get mail.We got so much harassed and we lost so much money without our fault.We are frequent international flyer but never experienced need for transit visa for a change of flight.

They are frauds, don't trust them, don't book tickets, I got cheated. They took the money and never issued the ticket. I missed the flight and a very important meeting due to this. They don't help. They are horrible!

They were charging me ******* for rescheduling my flight one sector where as the same airline official website charges 75 usd (6000inr approx) thefor that same date and ticket

Whenever you book any ticket,your amount will be deducted and later, easemytrip will face technical difficulty.Later you will get call from easemytrip,they will say fare has been increased,you need to pay extra amount to continue booking.If you donot pay extra amount then ticket will be cancelled.Your booking amount will be refunded after 7 working days till then your amount will be with them and ticket fare will increase.You have to pay extra amount for same ticket.

It was such a terrible experience. I felt so helpless when I was told that my double-booked flight ticket was refundable, however, it turns out it wasnt "fully refundable" and that there was absolutely nothing that could be done about it. This was a ticket that I had booked for my whole family, and I had to pay a cancellation fee of 60%, which was the equivalent of my whole month's salary.
There was literally no option to assist with this situation.
1) can we cancel the booking for lower price? NO
2) can we change the booking? I.d origin and destination NO
3) is there anything else that can be done? NO
I cannot believe that there was literally no option to help us out in any way. Please be careful if you need refundable and changeable options, because whatever it will be, easemytrip.com will not be able to do anything about it. They can only simply apologize.

This app is a fraud.
I had booked a non refundable flight for which rescheduling charges were NIL.
I wanted to reschedule one of the two tickets booked together by me through the app, to a previous day, same flight. This option is not available online, so they asked me to write an email. On doing so, i got a reply stating rescheduling charges (INR 4800) which were almost 3 times that of the original ticket itself (INR 2700). Even booking a new ticket at that very same moment wud cost be one third of their rescheduling cost. I wrote an email to them stating the same.
I was then given a renewed offer INR 1500/-. I replied back immediately saying please send me the payment link. To my surprise i was given another revised offer asking me to now pay INR 2500 for rescheduling the same ticket. On confrontation, they refused to reschedule my ticket at INR 1500.

After getting frustrated, I ultimately booked a new ticket (at INR 2100) forgoing the ticket booked via easemytrip. This is an open loot of customers. I wish to make an official complaint.

First of all i want to give less than one start but no option for that. Now I am sharing my experience.I booked one ticket on Nov 14 2022 for me, my wife and my infant kid scheduled to travel on Dec 08 2022. But due to some reasons,i was not allowed to travel with my family and I splitted my air ticket into two( me n infant and 2nd for wife and i called airline( indigo) to add infant with wife's ticket and for cancellation of my ticket and they did it in only few minutes. Now indigo airline refunded 7997 INR to Easemy trip and when i contacted them latter on Jan 20 2023 for transfer of my refund money, they said they will do it and then i recieved only 4493 INR from them(easemytrip.) on Jan 23 2023.Afterwards i sent email to *******@easemytrip and they replied that 5943 INR is airline panalty and 500 convenience fee which totally does not match seeing airline refunded 7997 inr to easemytrip. Then I followed same email and sent to ceo Mr Nishant Pitti, but no response till now. This is robbery of poor middle class man's money, and i want to warn easemy trip team via this message that i have almost 1800 relatives, friends and students among whom about 800 travel now and then and have used many times easemytrip services and i will ask and request all these 800 persons to write here a one start review if my money is not given back. Besides i have some one dozen journalist friends including some renowned ones I will ask them too to file a story on this cheating. I will wait your call or email with proper justification why my money is grabbed and if it is my right, i need it aasp.thanks

They are worst travel agency ever I have came across so far. They don't refund your money and not able to reschedule as well. Never book with them anything if you want to save your money. I was chasing for almost everyday for last 1 year to reschedule my ticket but they ask to get refund and gave me Rs.2000 back from Rs.33,000. I lost all my money in this $#*!.
Highly non-recommendable in any circumstances.

Have been following for a wrong deduction for nearly 3 weeks. All executives are brainless people, who don't understand a detail mail. Recovering extra money during deduction. Eye washing discount coupons just to loot money. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE, IF U DONT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
Worst service ever. I booked for a return trip and had to cancel the return flight. When I booked, I didn't received the invoice right away. When I called the helpdesk, they told me to send an email to get a detailed invoice. So I did sent an email. The response I received was that it is not possible to send me an invoice of the cancelled flight. I needed it to submit the trip charges for reimbursement and now I have no way to get the correct amount to show and this pathetic site cannot provide.
Isn't it its their responsibility to provide a proper invoice in email as soon as any transaction is complete? This looks like a scam. DONT ever use this site.
I had booked flight from Brussels to Mumbai with ease my trip and wanted to reschedule. My trip was BRU- AUH - MUM. Just wanted to reschedule AUH - MUM and they asked me 1,80,000 Rs for reschedule where as airways directly asked only 7,0000 Not sure if they cheat the customer in this way.

I booked tickets (in Europe) with EaseMyTrip and the tickets showed that carry-in baggage of 7 kg max is allowed for the tickets. When I checked tickets with the airlines websites it says the ticket issued by EaseMyTrip do not have carry-in baggage. So i took the matter with the screen images of the airline web site, with EaseMyTrip and they repeatedly said their tickets are correct and i am allowed to carry 7 kg of carry-in baggage. However when i checked in i had to pay extra (12 Euros) for each passenger, each ticket. Even when I communicated this to EaseMyTrip there response was to justify themselves!
Another annoying fact was that when asked for a contact to escalate, they gave me the email id of the technical support of airline company! See how ignorant they are…
I booked my ticket through EaseMytrip. The airline carrier has cancelled the flight. When I asked EMT to cancel and refund my amount. They said that Convenience Fee is non-refundable, even when airline carrier has cancelled the flight. And on top of that they charged cancellation Fee as well. Even though I did not cancel, airline cancelled. I had similar booking through MakeMytrip, they even refunded the Convenience Fee as well.

I have booked on of the ticket through Easemytrip online travel portal before corona pandemic and all flights has been called off so my ticket and travel date automatically cancelled due to non operation of scheduled flights from Ixb to Dxb on May 2021, however airline and travel portal have to refund full amount but after more then 7-8 months continues follow up they refund 1687 which is not acceptable.
Poor and pathetic service.
They do not confirm the tickets on time and leave it as pending. After multiple calls to them - they say fare has increased and ask for additional money. This is a scam to get you to book through them by showing a cheaper fare, then once it has increased leaving you with no choice but to pay extra money to confirm the ticket.
Customer support team acts entitled and talks to customers in the worst manner possible, they are money first not customer first, please avoid
I am traveling with my 3 years old daughter. After my booking, Saudi airlines re-scheduled my flight. As per revised re-scheduling by Saudi Airlines, I have 24 hours layover between airport. From past 22 days, I am trying to re-schedule an alternative flight with ease my trip. I am getting no proper response.
There escalation team are worst doesn't know how to handle query. No one wants to take responsibility.
All are doing only one thing that is transferring call from one to another without handling the query and without providing solution ask customer to wait for multiple times.

Yesterday I booked the ticket from Goa to Dubai for 676 AED (Dubai Currency) but I did not receive the ticket so I mailed to their customer service. They said you need to pay an extra 45aed or 1000 inr to get the ticket.
I never had such experience that a booking site asking for extra money to release the ticket.
I asked them to refund my money, then again they said "whether you pay extra to get the ticket or buy another ticket from our website using the same money. We can not refund" OMG this is really unacceptable and pathetic.
Guys! My genuine advice is never to book a ticket from EaseMyTrip.com better book it on airline sites directly.
