It's been few years now that I have been using this app for all my flaight bookings i like it majorly due to 2 resons. Firstly I never paid any convenience charges for any of the bookings. Secondly. The refund process for any cancelations has been quick..
I rescheduled and cancelled the flight on same day. Worth 10k spent.
Refund received only 450/-. Sent multiple mails and reached out to multiple customer care agents to know the breakdown.
They will not give you the breakdown of the refunded money, will only keep saying whatever they received from airlines they fwded. This comes under hiding information from consumer.
Already moved to consumer forum against it and brought it in the notice for Republic Bharat and Zee news. You guys are running the scam if the proper information is not sent to the consumer.
When you cancel you get the entire breakdown, summing to your spent amount. Just giving a normal cancellation charge like airlines deduction of 3k does not work.

Its cheaper the competition and actually good. They made sure that i got my ticket price back which was cancelled due to lockdown. They even called me to confirm whether i recieved it or not. I couldn't login into my bank's website, so they were patient with me and called me multiple times for the confirmation. Good work people. Keep it up!
