Biggest rigged survey scam

They collect your private date have you take long surveys when you get enough points to redeem they rig it so it says unable to redeem must wait 72 hours for when you wait pass that it constantly says same thing they use that as a way to not reward u and will flag and ban your account for no reason due to they dont want to pay you its a scheme to collect data sell it to china and lie like you be rewarded with non intentions of giving you your reward they lie ask ask you to email them and offer no real help just more lies and you cant get your rewards dont use this company save yourself

Reward redemption

I did surveys for over a week and I accumulated over $75. I redeemed the $75 for the kohls egift card. It only sent me a code for a $25 egift card. This website is very false and I will never do anymore surveys for E-Rewards again. I took alot of time and rejection from this company. I contacted the company and still no answer back. I would NEVER recommened this website to my worst enemy nor any of my friends. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Don't waste your time

After being invited by my big name grocery store to be a part of e-Rewards I thought about it and decided it would be ok to do surveys. After taking my time and as honestly as I could answer questions in surveys for up to $230 erewards points my account was suspended. After contacting them wondering what I did wrong, which they won't tell you, they reinstated my account. So I really paid closer attention in not going too fast, I'm a fast reader, and again being as honestly as I could, I did a few more surveys and was up to $300 in rewards $, then I receive another email saying my account is suspended and giving no particular reason like I'm a criminal. I've come to the conclusion that they are nothing but a site to get your information. They say it's for the protection of the company but that's a bunch of bull. So again I say don't waste your valuable time as my time was being wasted.

Waste of time, or scam

It is at best a waste of time and probably a scam, don't go there, review here instead. Unless yo have nothing to do but waste time, I have lots of repairs, cleaning and weeding if you are looking for something USEFULL to do!

They do not care about your privacy

So I got an email stating I cashed out for gift card, I contacted them bc it was not me and clearly my account had be hacked. I changed my password immediately but their response was that it was valid and accessed by valid credentials. What a freaking joke. I assured her that I was not up at 2:30 in the morning cashing in rewards and that if she look at log in habits she would see this was a joke. They didn't look into the situation what so ever. I asked since it was my account to verify where I sent the card then and why wouldn't I just send it to my own email. See response below. Absolutely insane response. I asked them to stop the transaction and this was all I got. Ridiculous

It's a scam

This company is a scam. They promise that if you fill out surveys, you will get rewards. But the "money" that is promised is only worth 1/3rd of cash value. On several occasions, I have spent well over an hour on surveys, only to get a message that the survey is full, and I got nothing. Nada. Zero. Zip. But I did hundreds of surveys (maybe thousands), and redeemed several thousands points. But, suddenly, my account is frozen.

Now, I have over $2000 in rewards, and they have suspended my account. Apparently, I was on double-secret probation, and I transgressed the unwritten law. When I started doing these surveys, I saw a review where someone said something like, "I filled out surveys to the best of my ability, and they suspended my account with no explanation, and I lost over $200 of rewards." I thought, "Yeah, that's not going to happen to me; I carefully answer each question."

You have been warned.

My account was suspended. I was given an overall policy reason that I had broken some rules. I have done nothin on purpose. I have been a loyal member of e-rewards for years. I also have over 700.00 dollars in rewards that I earned and e-rewards will not allow me to cash them in. If I was trying to rip the company off, would I leave 700.00 plus dollars not used? I have tried several times to get some justice. I feel ripped off! At this point, all I want is to cash in my dollars earned. To be treated this way is terrible. How can I get satisfaction?

I have been a member MANY years. I cash out my E-rewards "money" for points on a motel. I've gotten lots of points in those years. Since the end of May EVERY survey says it has expired! I can get 1- 15 a day, & they have ALL expired. I have never even gotten that message before. I sent an email to them twice & get the same auto message telling me to clear my cache, I took too long to do the survey, & a bunch of other crap. I haven't done anything wrong & my computer whiz son has cleared & did whatever it is he does to make things work again, & I still get the same expired message. I am just going to wait until Aug. When I get surgery & then just get out if it isn't better. I don't even get the "$. 25" for trying. Peanuts lab on MyPoints also suspended me & when I asked why they permanently banned me. Now on Now on E-rewards ans Valued opinions I get SSISURVEYs & they won't let me do them & say I'm not in the country I said, I did the survey already, I lied... I can't do but a few a week on those sites now. I figured it's because I'm one or more of these: poor, old, Republican, Christian, not gay+, or they just didn't like an answer because I am all of those. Gee, isn't that discrimination?! That's probably why they don't tell us why we got kicked out.

Worse survey site on the internet bar none. If you use your rewards to often, they will suspend your account and steal the points you have save up. Do yourself a favor and go to a different site cause this one sucks.

I was suspended after 7 years of using them. This is what they wrote: I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, accounts that violate our Terms and Conditions cannot be reactivated. We take data quality very serious. Companies value the information collected through survey research and are paying for it; therefore, it is important for us to deliver only the best data to them. Our Accounts Department has made the final decision to permanently suspend your account. Right after they sent this:
We are sorry for the problems you experienced. We have now credited your account for your time on this.
My best guess to why I was suspended is that I proved they were ripping me off by not paying after finishing a survey. I actually screenshot the survey and amount and the submit survey screen and sent it to them. Those pics don't show the full photo but they're time stamped.

Fraud

I too have had miserable experiences with the company and the mega giant company Dynata that owns them. Basically they are getting paid millions by corporations like Disney, Nestle, WSJ, etc. to collect data from consumers. So when they decide to pull the plug on their many survey takers, such as myself, they have essentially gotten their data for free and also got paid by their corporate cliental. Great scam. I'm hoping a class action suit has been filed against all of them.

I spent a couple of hours answering surveys, many of which ask the exact same questions over and over, and once I had earned $50... I discovered that a $50 gift card actually cost $150 in e-rewards currency. When they tell you that a 15 minute survey pays $6.00, the reality is that you might start 4 or 5 surveys that you fail to qualify for while spending 5 minutes on each one (and getting paid $0.25) before you finally complete a full survey for the $6 reward. In reality, you just spent something like 45 minutes for $7.00 in rewards currently, that's actually worth 1/3 of that in exchange for a gift card. If you're lucky and qualify for most of the surveys, you might earn $10 an hour. I lost track of how much time I must have spent to get to the $50 level, and was pretty upset to realize that the actual value was more like $16.

I have been with them for years, but looking back on it, I have wasted a lot of time. Enjoy taking surveys that will kick you out time after time after submitting information. Go for it!

Well after being in the group for over 2 years they permanently suspended my account with no explanation and kept my 285 points. Sound familiar? It happens to everyone eventually. Believe me, you go through hundreds of surveys only to find out at the very end you get a big fat zero. Then one day you get the

"Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account.

As a member of our program you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts.

We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website."

There is no recourse and no way to contact them for a better explanation. They keep everyones payments and they really should be held accountable.

It appears e-Rewards is sending a lot of dedicated survey respondents like myself the stock email about our accounts being suspended. I have been a member of this company for over 5 years. This move by this company is unprofessional, unwarranted and unacceptable. There has not been any visual or other proof granted to me by e-Rewards to warrant any suspension.

A class action lawsuit is well in order to stop this company from using the time, efforts and personal information of consumers to complete their multitude of surveys only to suspend accounts without proof.

For anyone considering joining e-Rewards based on an invite, do not waste your time.

WOAH, I was a new member and spent several hours taking surveys. I was thoughtful and took my time reading and answering the questions completely. After obtaining $25 in e-rewards I attempted to redeem them. The first email stated I had to wait 72 hours for them to authenticate my account. I contacted them a week later to use my e-rewards, and received an email 3 weeks later with a generic response stating my account was suspended, with no additional information. While I am only out several hours and $25 in e-rewards, I feel horrible for those whom left negative reviews and are out hundreds of e-rewards dollars.

Waste of Time

You can easily spend 10-15 minutes just answering qualifying questions before being told you don't qualify, at which point they have already captured a lot of data from you. The rewards are misleading also - you may earn a $10 reward for finishing a survey, but in reality that only translates to 1/3 of that value.

I ditched my regular phones and now have only a VoiP phone. Guess what, e-rewards will not let you use a VoiP phone number to claim you rewards.

Waste of time

They accused me (in vague terms) of having multiple accounts, answering questions incorrectly and told me my account will be suspended indefinitely. They did this right as I went to claim my first reward. 75 e currency so a 25 dollar gift card. I was offered to join by a credit card company and thought it was legit. I did many surveys that would kick me out at the half way point saying "it wasn't a good fit". When I finally did get through a whole survey, I would collect the ecurrency. Once i was at a good spot to claim I tried and received an error message. A week later I received an email saying I was suspended indefinitely. So they took my time and then ripped me off. I will be reporting them to as many agencies as I can for their clear disregard and negligence on the issues. I have never had another account Nor were my answers untruthful. Liars!
