Het zijn dikke oplichters heb voor 71 euro bestelt ik zit nog overal op tewachten na 2 maand er stond bij dat het tussen de 7 en 18 dagen geleverd word heb nog steeds niks

Dear SiteJabbers,

I ordered an iPhone 6s from them and after a couple of weeks it was finally shipped and then it took forever to come and once I received the package, there was no iPhone inside! They didn't even send me the iPhone I ordered! Instead, there was one iPhone 11 Pro case and one iPhone 11 Pro screen protector inside! Absolutely, horrible.
And after weeks of fighting with them, they never gave me the refund!

Seriously, do NOT waste your money on this website. You WILL regret it.

Looks like it's just landed in my country. Contacted customer support after 10 days took then another 5 to get back to me. Telling me to 'wait' we'll no that's not good enough especially when I could've opted for standard shipping and got it for free but paid 20% more because I needed it quickly. Absolute bull$#*! and have requested a refund for shipping. Because if I get the item great but pissed to pay more for shipping I didn't get

Received the expensive but faulty earpods. From somewhere in Hong Kong apparently, after paying for quick delivery. They arrived 2 weeks later.
Tried contacting them several times but no reply.
They seem to operate on the basis that ignoring unhappy customers will make them go away eventually.
Avoid and go elsewhere, even if you must pay a bit more at least you get what you pay for.

Ordered phone that was in stock, but it did not arrive. Contacted DX, they had not shipped it because it was now out of stock. Waited a month to get the order shipped, then never received package. No support. Had to open a complain with credit card company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY... I ordered a phone in July 2019. Its October 2019 and no phone or refund. Reached out to DX who admitted it to being lost / never delivered and to wait and wait and wait. Promised to give a refund; never got that either. Constant emails still going back and fourth. I firmly believe my 200$ phone or refund is never going to arrive. I took a gamble and lost! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DX EVER AGAIN. Ordered same item from Banggood dot com/. DX is a scam. Learn from me. Don't be a fool.
Here is the last response from DX on Oct 17: "Hi, just like we said, could you please close the dispute firstly, so that we can handle the refund. Currently the system doesn't have an option for refund."

Worst company ever
September 27, 2019

Paid for premium mailing and received package a month later, had to pay a lot of customs plus the phone wasn't in a good condition. They won't refund anything, I guess it is my fault for trusting this company

They're not professionals at all. Return to package but they not to came but if you accept 100$ refund. But i pay 199$.
Is not a reliable company at all.
I couldn't reach anyone for months

Untrustworthy

DX regularly fail to deliver products they have taken money for.
In two cases this has amounted to an excess of USD 100.
ALL orders the past year have failed to arrive.
Worse still, they never offer any notice or apologies or even excuses.
Good luck trying to use the various points of assistance they advertise, since you just end up going in circles.
DX are unreliable, unhelpful, untrustworthy and the closest thing to a fraud.
Don't get ripped off.
If their offers seem too good to be true, that's because that's all they are.
Smoke and mirrors folks.

I purchased a UMIDIGI phone at DX.com. Never again, The phone has malfunctioned, it is impossible to contact them for warranty service - their online customer service is a bad joke. DO NOT shop there!

I've been using dx a long time ago. They were not great but decent. Few years ago they probably sold the business to someone else because they changed completely. They are plain SCAMMERS now. Confirmed.

The only thing I wonder is how they are still in business and scamming so many people on daily basis.

And forget the customer support, you'll never get a reply. Just look at the reviews and their Facebook page and you'll have a clearer picture.

Don't even think about ordering anything. You better throw you money down the toilet, at least the suffering will last shorter.

You have been warned!

Horrible company

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 ps4 controllers February 27th which upon ordering was told to allow 7-11 business days to receive merchandise. Well it is now June 3rd and I have not received anything. Upon correspondence with customer service I was asked to please allow delay due to the memorial holiday. Are you serious? Then told it "may" be held up with U. S customs. I am currently undergoing investigation through visa because they definitely robbed me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRICES MAY LOOK GOOD BUT THE PURCHASE IS NOT PROMISING.

Ordered a Umidigi F1 play phone 15 days ago, The phone sat at processing order for several days. Then I sent messages asking about the shipment, no answer for a few days, then finally got a direct message from DX website stating the phone was shipping soon. Couple more days and I decided to call my Credit card company and see about cancelling, but DX cancelled already and my card company said refund pending, but my order was still shipped 15 days total as of today... I received the phone with DHL Express. Phone is perfect working condition (Brand New) AND FREE!

Promises delivery within 7 days and collects a lot of money. After that, neither the goods nor an answer arrived. I ordered the goods one month before my daughter's birthday and one month later the goods are still not here. Launched a conflict resolution via Paypal and now DX is giving an invalid tracking number. I'm afraid Paypal will not react. I will never order anything from Dealextreme again. That's just scams.

DX. Scam
April 2, 2019

Placed an order. Seller cancelled order. Seller did not refund and ignored all messages.
Messaged DX.com. They also ignored messages.
Opened PayPal dispute. Seller also ignored messages from PayPal. PayPal refunded.

There are hundreds of stories like this regarding DX. Scam on many review sites.

If you dare to place an order, be prepared for the nightmare that may follow.

Many people have never managed to recover their money. I am amongst the fortunate few.

Since 2017 they have changed. It is impossible to get hold of them. I stayed up until 3am to call on the 5 english numbers they give for contact, NONE OF THEM WORKED. I have attempted to email on a previous email for their services IT DOES NOT WORK. Their website does not allow you to complain, it simply sends you around in circles. DO NOT USE

I ordered an earphone almost two months ago from DX. Waited for that long and nothing happened. Then I started sending emails to their sales department, GMail sent the emails 4 times with no success! As their sales department don't accept the email. They want your money and that's it.

I then complained to Paypal and I finally got my money back from Paypal money back guaranty, as they did not even respond to Paypal! (see Photo Atached)
It has been a waste of time for me, so don't buy anything from these guys, you won't get anything back and you will regret it.
I would never again buy anything from Dealextreme, never again!

I don't know if they sold the company to some scammers or they
Turned into scammers but they are not sending any products and they are
Ignoring all messages or replying the same template over and over
again.If you have been scammed, please check the Facebook page
Where we are collecting data from all scammed people to make a
Collective sue against DX and shut them down once and for all.

Do not buy from them

Very bad dealers. They do not send your parcel. They do not give your money back. My order never sent. My gift card expired and non refundable cause of their delay. But they said they refund my expired gift card. So I lost my money and nothing sent for me.
