At the Otay Lakes location in Chula Vista Ca, rude employee. We know they are busy, but no need to be rude talking to us saying it will take more than 10 mins to take our order... all the people in line we just got out... not coming back.

I came to Dunkin with my and we're rude and didn't give her food. I don't like how the ignored my mom.

I'm not going there anymore! Sourdough sandwich thrown together and not toasted. I actually got a Boston cream without any cream in it at all! NONE AT ALL! Another day I ordered extra cream in my coffee and there was
Hardly any cream in it at all! Worst food and costumer service! I miss the days when Dunkin' Donuts cared about quality and quantity. Way to expensive for what they give you! They take no pride in their business! It's just terrible! I will never go there again and I will never recommend anyone go to Dunkin. As a matter of fact I will go out of my way to tell people how terrible they are! Don't waste your money! Very disappointing! Dunkin needs to get their s—t together, cause that's what they're serving!

We ordered online using the app. When we arrived our order had not been started. It was a busy location. But our sandwiches were barely cooked and out frosted donuts were. The donut holes are under the mess off donuts and frosting. They will br thrown out. The only thing I could say is the kid was polite.

I love grabbing a Dunkin Donuts iced coffee first thing in the morning, to me there is no better way to start my day. I love that they are so consistent every morning, and I have my choice to switch up flavors whenever I want to. It's not overpriced either. I will continue to swing by Dunkin and get my go to drink whenever possible..

I used to buy donuts at Dunkin Donuts on Progress Road in Riverview. Not anymore. They are old, and hard, the glazed are rock solid and the service is not good. They never have a good variety. I rather drive a bit further to Brandon at Krispy Kreme,

Sad because this area continues to grow and the clientele is not one that will settle for rock candy.

The cups and lids you have are the worst get it together and get ones that work and don't spill or leak everywhere I'm getting tired of being burnt by hot tea or coffee its bull$#*!

We have been waiting for it to open. Only to finally go & get bad customer service 2x in a row! First time they took our $$ first before we picked our donuts but took 15 min to pick our donuts & get our coffee because she continued to help people behind us in line first. Second time was today & the selection of donuts was not that great so i only got one & the employee kept bugging me to get more even after i said i dont like the choices! Not going back anytime soon

A new one just opened up on Fiske but very limited choices. No lattte's or creme-filled donuts. Disappointing.

I am a regular customer at Dunkin but I feel nowadays their service across the board everywhere has gone down and can be spotty. The wait times can get ridiculously long, even at the drive thru's. They seem constantly short staffed everywhere I visit. I think they need to do something about their decline in service.

So I went to a store to buy ice cream at the first store to buy the the most basic flavor vanilla but they don't have it, ok so I wanted to buy something for my son and they had a special where they had 3 animals to choose for my ice cream so I choose dolphin but no, they have the 2 other animals so I left and went to another store to try and get the ice cream and so the line was 2 people but ut took half a hour then when it was my turn I asked can I get 2 waffle cones but he said no no what size I was like I want waffle cone he said how many scoops so I said 1 ok when I get to the ice cream area they asked what cone and I said waffle but he gave me a sugar? I was like I want a waffle? He said yes yes fine this cone he pointed at the sugar cone so I said no I want waffle cone until I had to scream out top left on the menu then he said nooo that you need to pay extra I'm like I TOLD YOU J WANT WAFLEE CONE IN THE BEGINNING AND YOU SAID NO. By the way I had to be very loud since he can never hear me when I talked

I stopped going, and I finally figured out why. It's not because of the workers, as they've almost always been friendly and helpful. It's because of the Donuts! I can remember getting Chocolate Covered Donuts with a nice hard Chocolate frosting. NOW, even in the winter cold it is basically a syrupy mess. It's really just sticky and gross. Chocolate frosted, Boston Creme, I don't even know if they still do eclairs. I can make the coffee at home, but not the Donuts. But these are no longer the donuts me and the family use to enjoy!

Richlands dunkin donuts is a joke. They had no idea what kind of donuts they had. By the time she told us & we ordered she informed us they only had 4 of 1 kind left & 1 glazed. She was laughing the whole time and said they had coffee
