The person that I needed to ask a question to on the site was great, and the response was great, My order according to the email I received was shipped the next day. First, the bad news… I paid for FedEx next day air. Ordered on Wednesday, supposed to arrive on Friday. Someone made a mistake and sent my parts UPS ground. I ended up getting my parts a week later. Now the good news… They did refund the shipping fee.

This 1"X20tpi nut fit perfectly. Compared to the original it is a little lighter weight but it will do the job as intended. This nut is jot a nylon locker it is a crimped top thread design. Sorry I do not know the correct term for this type of locking nut. The nut is slightly smaller in diameter than the OEM but it is only an 1/8" or so less. I checked with an experienced mechanic who has years of hands on with these transmissions and others like it. He said the slite differences in the size wouldn't make any difference as long as the threads match and the lock fully engages the threads. Over all I am happy with the quality of this nut. I gave it 4 stars out of five because the nut wasn't as heavy duty as the OEM and the size was a little off. But it will do the job as intended. Thanks for the assistance.

Poor return policy.

I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER and ordered 2 rear hub seals for my 2006 Dodge RAM 2500 on line. The seals were slightly larger and did not fit my truck. Not able to see the difference I tried to install one and damaged it. So I called for a return since they sent me the wrong one. They said that they would refund the price of the good seal only and I would have to pay the return shipping. The seal cost $17.40 each plus shipping. So for me to return one seal it would cost $9.00 shipping and I would get credit of $8.40 and I paid $43.89. This is totally wrong. Do yourself a favor, don't take a chance with this company. A good company would refund the full amount to a first time customer. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE AGAIN.
