I mistakenly entered my card information believing I was changing my address on my license. I didn't realize I was purchasing a stupid and useless booklet for $19.99 plus a 2.99 processing fee until I had already gave my card information. I felt so stupid! On mobile, there's no breakdown of what you're paying for unless you scroll all the way down from where you enter your card info. Why would manual with information you can get from the DMV website cost that much? It's very misleading. Fortunately, I went to my bank and they refunded me the costs without any questions. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I clicked "renew drivers licence" and proceeded to the next screen that had a box checked that also said "renew drivers license" so I proceeded & entered my credit card information just to find on the next screen that I did NOT renew my license, I purchased a drivers manual that I do not want or need.

I went to this sight accidentally to renew my moms ID she does not drive she is 86, by the way after I made the mistake of paying for this sight she got her ID on line from the DMV for free. This website is a total scam. I already had a bad feeling about the entire transaction immediately after I submitted my credit card information - I wanted to change my address on my drivers license and they sent me a bogus Driver's Guide instead. I called the customer support number *******633 and I demanded a refund which they did immediately. The sketchy part is that over the phone they tell you that you "do not have to call your bank to confirm the refund." You MUST immediately call your bank and CANCEL YOUR CARD. Even in the confirmation email that this website sent me said they refunded my money, but it also includes a sentence saying "there is no reason to call your bank unnecessarily as we have already completed your request." This is COMPLETELY SHADY. They even misspelled a word in the sentence.
I advise everyone who fell for this to GO AND CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD that you gave to this website. This is such a pain but based on the other reviews it sounds like they distribute your CC information and drain your account slowly with small purchase amounts which can easily be missed if you don't check your transactions frequently.

This site was purposely meant to look like its real to get people to make a mistake and give them their info. I want my money back this is not a real wa state license site, they have taken money from me. This site is made to look legit yet it is not. I did not need a book and did not download it. I should have read the fine print, but I've been dragging my feet getting this change of address done on my driver's license. I just wanted it to be done. It was fast and easy, so of course it wasn't official. This place offers no actual services and just sends a PDF file with information you can already get online for free, but they set it up to look like you are applying to get whatever service you need completed. My 19 year old daughter thought she was ordering a duplicate ID and ended up ordering a booklet she doesn't need for 22.95$. Per the instructions on their website we emailed for a refund. We got an email back asking to call. When I called they were unable to find the purchase. I gave them her name, the name on the id, the date and exact time it was purchased, the credit info on the card used, the website. Nope. They have no record. They suggested I call the bank to get this information.? We already gave it to them. This is a site that sells documents that are freely available online or from the registry. It is misleading. This website makes it seem like your renewing your license with the RMV but it is a scam. They charged my bank account $22.99 for a license guide. When I contacted the site, they did provide me with a contact number and reimburse me account. I still reported them to my bank in fear that they will charge my account again, and want to warn others not to give this website your credit card information.

I though I was clicking on the Department of Licensing and this site came up. I "renewed" my license and it never came in the mail. When I went to the official Department of Licensing and looked up my license it shows that is is expired and I now owe a late fee. My fault for not reading the link information. I called the bogus site and was told there is no record of this transaction even though I have a copy of my credit card statement showing the date of the charge, the authorization number and the reference number. They WILL NOT refund your money.
