These guys take advantage of people trying to renew quickly online. If you don't pay super close attention, you end up with a stupid download for a drivers guide. Very misleading! I followed the links to replace a license only to get a useless download of info, that's freely available online to anyone. I was first charged 2.99, and the next day another charge of 19.99 showed up. I just contacted them for a refund, and will absolutely file complaints with the BBB and Atty General.

CapitalOne contacted me and asked if this was a legitimate charge. They had also locked my card as a precaution. I buy stuff from many places, but this one triggered their interest. CapitalOne told me that I have zero dollar fraud liability, and to simply dispute the charge when it appears on my statement. They said not to bother contacting these people; they will get their money back.
I got onto this site from a link on my county DMV site. I intend to inform them that the pennies they get from people clicking on this link might not be worth it.
As an aside, this PDF you get from this site for $22 provides incorrect information. It said that the DMV in my state sends renewal materials 60 days prior to the expiration date. When I went to the DMV office I was told that they NEVER do this. If I had waited for these materials until after my birthday in order to renew I would have had to take a written test, and at their option, a skills test.
