I hear about this site from my girlfriend who offten by her dresses on this site. Then I tried buy a party dress for my own birthday last month, and receive it on Monday. It's really very good, except the delivery a little slow. This is really a nice shop, if you want to by occasion dress or wedding dresses, here you have many choices.
I bought a party dress here for my graduation party. I received it last Sunday. It's really very pretty, and is a sheath dress which fits me very well. Only the shippment wasted a long time. But I think it really worth a 5 star review, cause their service was very sweet.
Dress looks very nice, and enjoying a very good quality. Their stuff's attitude was very sweet too. Only the delivery was a little slow. Nice!

Worst. Site. Ever! I bought six dresses through this site for prom. One arrived within one month and fit nice. The next one arrived in six weeks and had problems with uneven hem, and loose threading throughout. The next one arrived in seven weeks and fit nice. The fourth one arrived in eight weeks and was not as nice as the one on the website. The fifth arrived over two months after the order was placed - after prom. The sixth, well, after two months I wrote and told them to forget it, so I got a refund. Worst customer service. They would respond promptly if there was a sale to be made and always sent the same kind of 'fill in the gap' response, but no real answer. After two months, and sending photos of the one damaged dress, they refuse to refund my money for it because it is too late! Then, when I send an email complaining, I get a very prompt response from them about my 'american mouth'!
Don't be fooled by the pretty photos and cheap prices like I was! This is a Chinese sweat shop. And, please note that almost every Five Star review is written in choppy English. Hmmmm? Wonder who is writing these reviews. Perhaps they should be at the sewing machine or post office instead of writing fake reviews.
Good site but the delivery was too slow, they could be faster. I bought a party dress and prepare to wear it on my brother's wedding, because of its low price, I was ready for dispointing on bad quality. But when I receive it, I was surprised to it's quality is quite good! And looks as pretty as it shows on site! But the delivery was too slow, I received it just the day of wedding. You can do better!

I bought a dress for my sister's birthday as gift for her, and receive it just 1 day befor party. I checked it and nothing wrong with it, when she open the box she said "Wow!" Yesterday she told me the dress is very beautiful but the size is little smaller. I think it may be my fault cause I haven't see my sister for 3 years. But she looks very satisfy with it.
I bought a dress for a masquerade ball. The dress arrived on time and everything and the site was replying to my queries about delivery time. When the dress arrived it had several glue stains on it. I emailed them to request some money back since I would have to pay for the dress to be dry cleaned. They offered me $10 of the $142 dollars I had paid for the dress. This was not enough to cover dry cleaning it. I then replied saying that that offer was not enough and that I wanted to return the dress for a full refund so I could get a different one. They did not reply to me. I finally got some money back but only because I contacted them through paypal and they eventually agreed to give me $50 back. If you are going to use this site, MAKE SURE YOU PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. I also got an invoice for another $50 dollars from the delivery company for the import costs which were a lot higher than I had anticipated. I wouldn't recommend this website and I won't be using it again.

Normally say if there's paillette or bead on dress, we use glue to make it, so if there's glue stain on dress is reasonalable. But if you want to make it dry cleaned, we feel in duty to pay you $10. Please make it clear that we pay you $10 not because we are afraid of being complait only because these glus things, neither does $50 bay paypal. We want only to make our service better.
