The beads were hanging off or fell off, the dress was 3 sizes too small, what a joke their size guide is. They will not refund me for such a poor dress and will not post my review on their site. Worst ever! I ordered a beautiful silver dress for a wedding.
They shipped the WRONG dress, in the wrong colour, in the wrong size. (It's a vomit pink off the shoulder thing.)
Spent a month back and forth emailing. They wanted photos, I sent a TON, including on of me attempting to squish into the vomit.
I took pictures of my invoice, took a screen capture of the right dress, Sent EVERYTHING.
I get bull$#*! emails back saying " we're sorry you dont like the dress you ordered, and we cant see the photos"

I wrote all the reviews and I decided to buy a dress.
I spent over $90 and now I feel like so sick. What a bad decision and bad first experience on dresswe.com.
The dress is a Wrong size and zepper broken, dress damaged.
I sent four emails and Jacky and Susan emailed me back and guess what? It's like they are refusing to tell me how to return that dress.

I ordered my dress the evening of 6/2/14 and included my measurements - which is what the site suggest. I also ordered an expedited shipping in that my event date is fairly close and it was being shipped from China. My dress arrived on 6/20/14, as promised and it is perfect. The workmanship is excellent. I will order from dresswe.com again.
Be careful with this website. They are crooks and they send things the wrong side. When you tell them about the wrong size, they make it impossible for you to return. If you look at the good reviews, they are written in broken English, hint people.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered four dresses for my bridesmaids in four different sizes. Well, they are all the same size with different stickers for sizes on the bags that they came in (They MIGHT be SLIGHTLY different in size). I've emailed THREE times asking politely to get their address so that I could return them and get my money back. IF they were prompt I would have thought about buying something else from them but the customer service is a joke. They just keep wasting time with emails asking "what is wrong with the dresses" even though I keep telling them.
