DO NOT SHOP HERE! I wish I had read the reviews first. What I ordered was a nice pair of leather boots. What I got was a pair a "synthetic" leather boots. It even said so on the box. I have e-mailed with customer service at least four times and they will not let me return them. I paid $100 for a pair of cheap boots that look like something you could get for $20 at Wal-mart. It is a scam. It also took about 4 weeks for them to come and the shipping address is China. I am also very skeptical of the positive reviews. This is the only company I have seen that gets only 1 star or 5 stars and all of their 5 star reviews have very poor grammar. I think all the positive reviews are fake. Don't waste your money here.

I'm so upset with myself for not looking at the reviews to this company before ordering my dress. The dress I ordered is a beautiful dress and when it came it did look pretty but after trying it on, it just did not look complementary to me. I try getting a refund and I've been going back and forth for about three weeks and they still haven't decided to send me the okay to return the dress and unfortunately they do not give you a return address. After reading all these feedback's I guess I shouldn't hold my breath for one either. I'm going to reach out to PayPal to see if they have any suggestion regarding a refund, maybe suggesting to them not allowing using PayPal for payment to this company. Truly disappointed and upset with this experience.

The shoes from dresswe.com was too small and narrow. Didn't even want to try and order the size bigger. They should really explain the sizes better. The other day I bought another snow boots from mileys hou se.com. They feel wonderful. The boots are light weight and warm. I really like the Velcro closers. A great buy for the money.

I ordered a pair of boots 21 days ago and have never received them. The money was taken out of my account the very same day I ordered them. The website stated that I would receive my package within 8-12 days. As I said earlier, today is day 21 and I have never received my package. When I called the company I was told the order was shipped through DHL. I contacted DHL on 3 way with dresswe on the phone and DHL told them they had not shipped the package. I demanded my money back and I was told no that

I have ordered three products total $ 160.00 on 08/31/14. Two dresses and a pair of earrings. One dress US size 12. It arrived soon enough but was size 8 and very poor quality. Nothing like the picture! They are insisting that that's what I ordered. Like I do not know my own size. When I tried to return it, they told me I'd only get 50 % of original price back. When I tried to get an exchange for a larger size, they kept stalling and sent me these gibberish instructions on how to measure my self. And send the measurement. I did it and they told me I need to send a picture of the measurement! Up to now they have not clarified what they mean by measurement picture. The second dress has never arrived. The earrings were supposedly shipped but I have not received them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A NIGHTMARE. IT IS NOW OCTAND I AM STILL STRUGGLING TO RESOLVE THIS ORDER PROBLEM. The absolute worst online shopping experience ever. The clothes runs 2 sizes too small and returning the merchandise has been a NIGHTMARE. VERY POOR customer service. You have to email them to start the process. I waited 3 weeks for a response. And then they tried to persuade me to just buy more clothes instead of returning because it would cost too much to return. After going back and forth with the "customer service rep," I lost out on about half of what I initially spent... just to return it. Fast forward one month later, I have yet to receive my refund. I emailed them again and was told they were waiting for me to respond.

I've sent 4 email to this company asking for the address to return my order. They haven't replied any of my messages. The service is awful and the quality of the product is terrible. I just call my Master Card company and if they don't reply my massages in the next two, they are going to begin an investigation.

I very stupidely ordered a dress from this site, they taught me one lesson for sure & that is I will always from now on read all the reviews before I spend my hard earned money on scams like this! And Summer do not even try to write me and say send me your order # and you will take care of it! I have sent you plenty of emails, live chat and pictures that you wanted and still no refund for the way too small dress I received from you. After reading all these reviews I really can't see how you can live with yourself!

After the stress of trying on the sample wedding dresses at local stores which didn't fit my daughter and are made in China but cost thousands here in Canada, we found Dresswe.com. We checked the reviews here and on Dresswe and still decided to order a wedding dress on Sep 9 2014 ItemCode: *******. We received the dress Sep 23 2014 and it is lovely! The dress was just as photographed, although we thought the colour to be more of an antique white on-line but it wasn't. We ordered a size 6 with no custom sizing as we will have it done here. The dress has a good weight of material and quality fabric. The sequin used also is of good quality and sewed well. My daughter and I are very pleased and I am considering ordering my dress through them also. We took a bit of risk ordering, happy we did and would recommend you try this company. Also, we didn't receive the dress in a box but in a standard soft bag and weren't charged any additional tax. Order in your country's currency.
I ordered a pair of 'awesome looking boots' (in picture only). When I received them I was highly disappointed. Besides the heel being way to high for me, they were very unstable and I could barely fit my foot inside of the boot. The quality of the boot is terrible, not worth the $100 I spent. Contacted customer service (or non-service) to ask for return instructions. This process has been ongoing for 5 days now. My last email I sent was not very nice and I told them I would sent the boots back to the address on the box they came in and then file a claim with paypal. At this point I would tell everyone to not order anything from them.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding from dresswe.com. Whenever they arrived they did not fit well and I cannot wear them for the wedding. I contacted customer service, per policy, to return them within thirty days of arrival. Customer service has shown me no flexibility or understanding and will not except the return/issue me a refund. I feel that the return policy is misleading and manipulative. I would never have ordered these shoes if I had known the reality of the return policy on the website. I would not recommend this website to anyone for any reason.

I ordered a dress from dress w+e for homecoming. I liked how I could choose the color I wanted and my mom liked the price even more. I was slightly annoyed that it took 2 weeks to ship, but I was happy when it came. The shipping was $20! The dress went all the way down to my shins! Luckily my grandma was able to alter it. I ordered a size 4 even though I'm usually a 2 in case it ran small, which it didn't. The color was outstanding as well as the beading (although 2 beads had already fallen off when the dress arrived). It also bothered me how there was extra beading not shown in the original pictures. I probably wouldn't order from this website again because of the odd things that went wrong.
I'm surprised about how good the quality is! The dress came as the picture. I really love it. Received dress yesterday.It is beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from this site again. Thank you!
