I was referred to DressLink by a friend and I must say, heeding to her advice to shop with them was one of my best decisions. My mind was blank on what to wear to a special even that was coming up. I had window-shopped everywhere I could think of and I could not find anything that matched the theme that I wanted to go with. Upon the very timely referral from my friend, I considered to check out DressLink's dresses but at the back of my mind I had made provisions of "I will not find what I am looking for and in the off chance that I do, I will never have it with me on time". I loved two dresses at first sight and placed two orders immediately. I explained to the customer care that I needed the dresses promptly and they promised to deliver, which they did. I absolutely love the dresses from the quality to fitting to designs. I am definitely shopping with the DressLink Family again and again.
Foremost, a big thank you to the entire DressLink Family because I received amazing service. The customer relations agents are responsive to customer concerns and I must mention that their response time is amazing. At first, I was not very sure about purchasing the dress from DressLink, but they surpassed my expectations. Although the delivery took a little longer (reasonable though), I was impressed by the quality of their products. I bought my wife a dress and she is the happiest woman right now. She has a soft spot for high quality products and I am certain that i want to work with DressLink again. I am still waiting on my next delivery, and i know that they will deliver. I would recommend DressLink to anyone, any day!
I PLACED AN ORDER ON 11/05/17 AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TODAY FROM DRESSLINK SAYING THEY ARE WAITING ON PAYMENT. THE PAYMENT HAS ALREADY WENT THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING DRESSLINK WITH NO LUCK. I REALLY HOPE MY FIRST EXPERIENCE DOESNT TURN OUT TO NOT BE A GOOD ONE. I ORDERED TWO TOYS FOR TWO SPECIAL LITTLE BOYS THAT WANTS THEM SO BAD.
This company gave me what I was looking for, despite the little shipping setbacks. I loved the material I bought from them. Well-designed and I feel matured whenever I wear it outdoor. On top of that, the price was very great. I will definitely buy again.

I placed an order on September 7 th. They took my money on September 9th. I still have not received my items. After tracking it for weeks it still says the package is "in acceptance ". What is that?
After all, I wasn't disappointed when I decided to buy from DressLink. I read some reviews but yet I had the courage to try this company because of the kinds of stuff I saw on their website. I was amazed when my order arrived, though not on time. I was only concerned about the stuff and I got something that was beyond my expectation. Great and fantastic dress with a reasonable price. I will keep buying from this company, as long as they have excellent stuff.
I placed an order on October 2,2017, for two dresses for my daughter's group party that is coming up on 11/11/2017. Because I'm aware that this company has great stuff but their delivery method delays a bit so I have to place my order on time. I got my order on 1 of November, 10 days before the celebration and I was very happy because I took the right decision by placing an order on time. In this case, I wasn't disappointed. I think that should be the ideal solution for any customer who wants to place an order, the earlier the better. By the way, I love the dress and will buy again and again!
Dresslink has cool dresses with generally decent prices. Their clothes are great quality and it is very affordable. They ship exactly what I saw n the pictures in their online store, I received what exactly I paid for. Furthermore, Dresslink has a user-friendly customer service and their shipping was moderately ok. Highly recommended.
I've purchased 2 nice clothes recently from DressLink and all my friends admire the wonderful made stuff. They couldn't believe when I told them the price I bought them. Truly, this company has fantastic stuff but their major challenge is shipping. They will actually deliver but it may take some time to arrive at your doorstep. Just like mine, I was expecting my order in 2-3 weeks but they arrived in a months time. Nevertheless, I've to bury my worries because the product was absolutely fantastic!
I bought a shoe for my wife from dresslink. I am very satisfied with their service and also their fair price. My wife is also very happy with this shoe. It design is very nice. Highly recommended for this store.
On October 18th I made a purchase and got the "expedited" 2-7 business day shipping. It is now Oct 31st and when I log into my account it says that my item is still in "Payment Review" whatever that means. Money definitely came out of my account so I don't know how it's still in review. The annoying this is this was part of a costume for an event that already passed so now even if it does ship it's of no use to me. I've messaged them on Facebook and Paypal and their phone number doesn't even work. I have had ZERO response. Companies like this need to be SHUT DOWN!

Furthermore, their online store is user friendly allowing you to select different dresses available in the site and their customer service is stellar. I would definitely recommend this company
I have been shopping with this site for three years now and not a single day did they disappoint. I ordered three floral dresses last week which were shipped on time and in good condition. I order for a bag on dresslink. It was more cheaper and the bag is of good quality even more than I expected, delivery was a bit late but it worth waiting for.

I was surfing through the web looking for an online store where I can get amazing dresses for my upcoming birthday. When I stumbled upon dresslink, it amazed me that their stuff are far cheaper and even quality than those that I have seen physically on offline stores. The design was good, good quality and overall the customers service was amazing with good friendly relationship. Though their shipping logistics is a bit slow but it worth the wait because my birthday celebration was glamorous with the trending dresses I got from dresslink. I recommend them a full 100%.

Answer: I don't recall the process, but they are not consistent. I would advise you against ordering from them as they are disreputable. If you read the reviews you will see that they have some shady business practices.
Answer: I've still been ordering on a regular basis. I am just a fan of their clothing and prices and have no incentive other than that to say positive things about them. I do think that 85% of items I purchase are really good and the other 15% will not be as expected, so I agree that some items can be not what I expect, but for all the good items, it's worth it to have the odd thing that isn't right. So maybe for some people when they've ordered two items and one isn't right, they feel really disappointed, but overall, I am happy with most of the things I buy and have been ever since. I am in Australia and maybe cos China is closer to me than the USA, postage has less issues, so there could be different post issues depending where you live. I do also try to pick items that are gonna work if they are a bit smaller or bigger than I expect, like shirts, or posh type tops and items like bags, so I could also have better luck because of what I choose. And like any online clothing shopping, it can be hard to get just the right size, so I do expect a little variation and when something is just too small, I have friends and family I have given items to, so that works for me and some have loved the items. So I have still been ordering regularly, such as I order an item or a few items together from there about once a month and have still been really happy and have received ever order I have placed. For me they take a month on average to arrive, but I am fine with that.
